I have been sedentary since the pandemic started and am just getting back (slowly) to working out again. This was perfect but it killed me in a good way.
My favorite thing aside from the workouts, is the MUSIC. Its not annoying or distracting, yet it helps me to keep my rhythm within the workouts. Seriously, thats big. Other you tube workouts that I tend to do will sometimes be the ones that I overlook that day because I'm not in the mood for their music choices. I like that it's just beat driven with no lyrics. Maybe that seems silly but its important to some of us! I can't mute it it because I time myself with your timer. So, kudos to who ever mixes and/or chooses those tracks!
This is the best workout I have every done for ten minutes my heart rate is up and I can definely feel the burn. These type of workouts are great for people like me who work and only have a few minutes in the morning. You both look good and its nice to see. I enjoy all of the workouts that you have and I have done them all. I hope that you will continue to add more ten minute workouts. You both are my favorite fitness trainers hands down. I am always excited to see what you guys are going to put together next.
I like it that you are serious and cool at the same time. You do the excercises very clearly, calm, with just enough music to keep the pace but not distracting...it is PERFECT. Thank you! You are the best.
The reason why I keep on coming back to these workouts is the music and not the constant talking throughout the workout, and hearing the trainers gasp for breath in my headphones. I understand proper form so it's nice to set my phone down, do the work, hear the cues and look over for the next exercise. You all, plus maybe 3 or 4 other channels on here are the only ones that do this. It helps me get into the flow to connect with my body rather than cause me more mental stress. Thank you so much for this. My gym has an outside turf area so I've been grabbing some dumbbells and doing these strength and cardio ones out there. Appreciate it!

One thing I wanted to ask, would it be possible if for each workout you write somewhere on the screen which body part we should be targeting when we do each exercise? It’s just a thought and I’m sure most people already know this when they do their workouts, but I’m new to a lot of these exercises so it would be helpful to know which parts of the body to focus on as I’m doing the moves instead of just Focusing on mirroring you guys. Decided to start a serious workout routine again here at home with only dumbbells to use and found your video. Bit of a challenge right now, great workout. Thank you for this! I broke my ankle a couple of weeks ago, had surgery, and now have a CAM boot. I've been so angry that my full body weight lifting has come to a halt, but I found I can do this blaster from a chair, and I'm really grateful to y'all. Week 4 Day 2 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: This was a great finisher to the Upper Body Tabata workout. This one really pushed me as there was no rest in between each exercise. I mixed the exercises with 5lb & 8lb weights. I'm working to using 8lbs all the way through.
Excellent workout!!! Broke a sweat in just 10 minutes. Would love for you guys to highlight which muscles are worked on for all us newbies. Love all your workouts!!

Just wanted to express my gratitude. I had only ten minutes (and not a second more) for a workout before I had to run out the door. Even with so little time for self-care, this set my day up so powerfully, not only because of the muscles that were (seriously) worked but because the effects had me making better choices and just being more mindful and kind towards my body for the rest of the day, which is what truly creates a picture over overall health. Even a brief but serious workout like this has immense "ripple effects' (sorry for the bad pun). You two are great and I'm deeply appreciative of what you do and how well you do it. Okay honest opinion. I absolutely love this workout. Im always looking for quick arm workouts for two reasons 1. To do them at work. 2. Because my partner AND kids will join. Often people see the time and get discouraged or quit but the 10-15 minutes we are able to do as a family which secretly motivates me :) and of course makes me happy my family is active.
I’m usually moving from one phase of exercise to the next pretty quick - so if I’m working out with Juice and Toya, I usually don’t listen to a video all the way to the end. I make an exception for this video and I try to save it until my workout is basically done so I can hear Juice say “it’s lunch time.” I’ve never been so motivated to eat lunch in my life.
Please add more 10-15 minute upper body and lower body workouts! They are the perfect length since I have a 5 month old and do not have time for a longer workout!

Let me just say I stumbled across you two early January and I must say I've been doing just about all yall videos, and I'm so proud of myself I started out with 3lbs and 8lbs dumbells... baby I had to go to sports Academy and upgrade thanks to you guys, I'm now using 10 and 15lb dumbells!!! Awesome workouts, good variety, good coverage of different muscle groups. What I miss is the verbal encouragement and instruction that some other trainers provide. Beginners need pointers on good form, and some of us still need reminders to keep the core tight, for example, or how to protect from injuries to the joints and lower back. If you talked to me, I would exercise with you much more frequently. Besides that, you rock!
Love these dumbbell workouts from Juice and Toya. I currently balance three part time jobs (totaling 54 hours a week), full-time graduate school, and a two year old toddler. I have had some core issues since giving birth via C-section in 2019. This channel has really quick, efficient workouts that are catered to someone like me who doesn't always have two hours to spare for the gym. Thank you Juice and Toya for helping me feel stronger and more confident.

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
