If you go to the top left area, after the one you reach on the side path to Battahl, where you fight the rocky Saurians, you'll find it on a cliff wall, high above an enemy encampment. There's another in the very bottom left area of the map, where Medusa is, and it will be on a tree further in. I will keep this post updated if more are found.

whatever you gather on the first playthrough will not be there on NG+
