If 1080p is OK for you, considering price, lens versatility, full frame, cinematic soft image it can give...yes it is worth, even in 2021.

Probably not, it has a 2:35/1 panoramic marker in viewfinder (LCD screen) you can activate in settings, so afterward you just crop in post-production software.
