Thank you so much for the video. I don't have the same trimmer. I have the DWOAS9ST String Trimmer Attachment, BUT, same issue, the drive nut was upside down. Spent an hour and a half troubleshooting the d*mn thing before watching your video, and you led me to it in a few minutes.
Yeah i hear from people more often then not, whenever they loan tools out, they return meased up or broken! Very good explanation on how to get the head and line fixed! Thanks a bunch!
Much appreciated Sir, I've saved this now as I sometimes forget , having three different strimmer's , all with different heads 😊🤞👍👍 (Retired Sparky) U.K. Cheshire.
Problems with my string disappearing after restringing it. Obviously, I had not done it correctly. Followed your instructions step by step and it is working perfectly. Thanks!
Bro, you loan your tools and equipment out to people?….You’re a brave man…I can’t do it. Specifically for the issue you’ve shown in this video.🤬🤬🤣🤣🤣…I can bring my tool over and help them out with the task, but they’re not borrowing my tool/equipment.😎
Many of these trimmers will get a large wad of dried grass in the head guts, so the head should be pulled apart into it's easily separable components to observe and clean before reassembly
This is absolutely the best demonstration. I have seen in three years on my Dewalt 920 Weedwhacker. Thank you so very much. It is incredible!
Glad it was helpful!

I sure hope it does help at least one person. Thanks so much!

THANK YOU!!!!!
This helped me to clean out the gunk that was preventing me from loading the trimmer.
Yes, all that wound up grass and gunk can cause problems.

LOL! I hear that!
Need to troubleshoot that guy you lent it to ... Lol ... Good vid none the less ...
:) He was trying his best. All is well now. Thanks Eddy!
The parts to fix them would probably be no longer available or too expensive.

Yes, thats true. As needed.
Thank you!
I got fed up and threw mine in the trash. Got a Husqvarna universal head and it has been nothing but butter ever since
Could I ask where you got it?

Never loan out my tools or my wife.
I believe that first part. But as far as that second part, I would need a sworn affidavit from you the back up that statement.
@@REXXSEVEN Well, my tools cost me more. And i can always get a new wife. Newer model with all the upgrades.
@@Manager_Mister lmao!
Don't let him use it again ✌
