Prefers GRASS FED lamb?? Are you kidding me? I'll take grain-finished meat any day of the week! Grass fed meat is obviously cheaper to produce, and that's why DJ prefers it! Compare the marbling between choice grain-finished meat and grass finished. NO Comparison. Marbling means taste and flavor. Don't let them B.S. you!
