Thanks for sharing. My son gave me one of those 2 Christmas's back and I still take my line and my reels to Bass Pro Shop where they do it for free. But I'm sure there's definitely some joy in doing it yourself and knowing that it's the way you want it. My patience isn't that long. "Tight Lines and Full Limits To Ya"
I used to get mine done at a local shop years ago, but always had issues with line twist on spinning reels. Our BPS is about an hour drive, plus with so many reels and lines this works well for me. Hope you’re getting on some good fish.
Great question...so the speed version gives you a few more options with versatility. It has a telescoping arm to vary the spool distance from the reel along with the ability to wind line back onto a spool from the reel. The only negative IMO is that it does not breakdown as far for storage.
Do you apply any friction to the line holder or just have it completely friction less. If I slow down my reeling, I’ve had the spinning line holder continue with momentum and create an issue? Thank you.
Love the video, but is it really Pissy-fun or Pie-see-fun? I’d personally go with the zodiac pronunciation ala Pisces, but I realize I’m nitpicking here. Lol
I assume a spinning reel? When you spool the reel, is the spool spinning at the same speed as the reel is laying line? The spool holder and the reel must be spinning at the same speeds to prevent line twist.

Any recommendations for the regular line spooler vs the speed version both linked in description? Thank you

Thank you so much.

I do like to keep some friction on the holder, I tend to use more friction with braid to get a tighter lay on the line than I do with mono.
Subscribed! Great video! Thank you!
Awesome, thank you!
I love Mine man, use it on all my spinning reels
It has honestly got rid of all my frustration lining spinning reels.
Great review
Thank you

Not sure honestly...lol
Pie-see-fun. (But pissy fun sounds hysterical to me!)
better than the spools dancing all around the floor while reeling them in, i guess.
The old spool dance was always fun though...trying to keep it in an area and hoping it got wedged on something just right :)
gets new line on spool with out twist go fishing cast out 20 times reel in line twisted again

Wait, so you don’t just stab a pencil in the cork of that Willet Pot still to anchor the line spool and let it rip? 🥃😂
Might be all that one is good for...lol Just kidding...it's not as terrible IMO as people say
@@1Cast1Fish LOL Love it! Solid channel - solid selection behind you as well.
Thanks a ton...I need to do a separate channel just on my collection...lol
Wayyy too much line on that spinning reel.
Gotta leave room for those big fish :)
