Look, these guys aren't really this dumb. Scarborough was just trying to convince his viewers that they shouldn't pay attention to Reid's strategy. His gambit failed to persuade anyone that they shouldn't be paying attention. Anyone with half a brain should have been able to see that it was a good strategy in this current political climate. They also underestimated the disdain that Americans have for corporate funding in our politics and the Citizens United ruling. That's the real fail here.

Honestly I have no faith in the political system as a whole, democrats and republicans they are different sides of the same coin. Money is flowing through Washington I would venture to guess that most of the politicians on both sides are bought and paid for. The Koch brothers are probably some of the worst, though I wouldn't really know, I can only conjecture on this. If you think about it those who are wealthy stand to gain from having political power, saving on taxes, getting government funded projects, and deregulation makes things cheaper and easier, why do you think so many companies go overseas to other places that don't have these regulations. Also think about how the wealth of our economy is distributed, the middle classes wages from what I have heard from some news sources hasn't increased in over 15 years(those who are interested can look into it), while those who are wealthy and well paid continue to get pay raises. The deck is stacked in their favor is various ways if only you look for it. Lastly I would like to say this, you may think I am wrong,that I'm being too cynical, I honestly I hope you are right.

So, very interesting facts about the campaign strategy. But let's all see this for what it is. Cenk is once again stroking his ego. He successfully predicted something would happen. The other political pundits predicted that something would not happen the way Cenk predicted. So, when he's proven right, he can't resist making a whole segment about how awesome he is. The message (down with the Koch brothers) is lost a midst Cenk's chest thumping. That's really my only nitpick with the show on occasion; he takes the "told ya so!" bit too far sometimes. That and the clickbait titling on the videos. Cut it out guys. Seriously, it's annoying.
