This is not what I expected for Laughter. At all. And yet... Yet, it fits. The chiptune background gives this an almost anamanacuchi type feel. And that chorus! It's so triumphant, so jovial. It spits in the face of anyone who tries to bring it down and laughs. The whole song does. Great job. Tenouttaten.
I love every one of these songs, comparing them is like comparing the ponies they represent. They all have flaws and merits and we love them all. I still can't wait for Magic. Keep up the amazing work.
I love all the tempo changes/breakdowns and variations with guitar notes and chords. Pop-punky in feeling but still has that complex musicality with it. I suspect in the future, Twilight and her friends both will come to learn the failings of each other with honesty, loyalty, generosity, kindness and happiness, and rather than try to change them, come to accept them for whom they are, and offer their own qualities to help each other with the magic of friendship. The background smile guitar is epic, really makes the song and adds a personal pinkie flare to it that the other element songs didn't have. It was very much her song, very fitting.

So I just got robbed and while waiting for the cops I sat down and started to freak out. To calm myself I put on UA-cam and went through a play list some songs I've yet to listen to. I found out this existed, and then I screamed in joy at the top of my lungs. I grabbed a bag of popcorn, sat down, and started listening. Then I tossed the bag of popcorn, because I didn't want the sound of popcorn chewing to cover up a single part of this masterpiece flowing through my headphones. Jacob Simms I think they took so long because of a few reasons, one reason could be that the creators weren't satisfied with the result over and over and had to keep redoing it to get it right, another reason is that they feel passionate about the element of laughter and really wanted to represent in a proper way, I for one think they could not have done it better, whenever you listen to this, you really can't help but smile, and that's exactly how it should be in my opinion

This was totally worth the wait!!! :D I think this might have been the best one of the series yet. It captured the essence of Pinkie perfectly, which was something I needed after the way she was portrayed in today's episode. Jacob Simms I think they took so long because of a few reasons, one reason could be that the creators weren't satisfied with the result over and over and had to keep redoing it to get it right, another reason is that they feel passionate about the element of laughter and really wanted to represent in a proper way, I for one think they could not have done it better, whenever you listen to this, you really can't help but smile, and that's exactly how it should be in my opinion

There were times when the synth seemed a little too intrusive, but overall it's a really nice, fun, catchy song. Can't wait for the last two!

I like it but I prefer Generosity - it had a very unique sound and the pieces were better arranged. I like this one too but to be honest I just want to see you guys remix Smile as that was most of the song anyway.
This was totally worth the wait!!! :D I think this might have been the best one of the series yet. It captured the essence of Pinkie perfectly, which was something I needed after the way she was portrayed in today's episode. Keep up the amazing work, I can't wait to hear what Honesty and Magic sound like.
