OEM means Original Electronics Manufacturer. The part where it says NOn OEM is just a disclaimer to tell customers that this not an official licensed product. And a few questions. Do these show up as pink joy cons in the system settings ? Do these have amiibo compatibility ? Do these have IR connectivity ? IR means Infared. The IR blaster is usually on the bottom of the official right joycon and it's for games like Nintendo LABO.
Oh okay, thanks for that information! Yes they did show up as pink joy cons on the system. I don’t believe they are compatible with amiibo or ir connectivity but I haven’t had the chance to double check that.
