It's pretty simple, actually. The 4 main races are swapped in a circle. The other races are also switched to match the main ones. The characters' fates remain the same, but they now have new races and new classes, and the story is slightly altered to match the changes.

And I must say I like the touch of keeping the Tichondrius easter egg. Gives the Keepers a bit of a 'dark fey' vibe. What exactly are Night Elves going to turn Lordaeron into? Got curious since you left the 'rot' bit in Uther's speech.
What do you mean by "you left"? I didn't change that line because I didn't think it was centered on Arthas being undead. The Emerald Dream is the realm of the Keepers
I mean that it wasn't changed into something like "wilds" or "overgrowth", but it's not something that severely breaks the impression. 'Rot' is not a bad fit.
I made it myself. Took the horn of cenarius from the pedestal and recolored it green, took Frostmourne from Paladin Arthas with Frostmourne, added them to the Demon Hunter, rotated Frostmourne in his death animation so he stabs himself with the correct end and created a skin that more closely resembles Arthas
