Oboro tried so hard to come back for his friends, it really chokes me up and I never get over this ep.
Me too. One of my favourite episodes of the season, possibly of the entire series from the emotional weight of it. Great portrayal of their visit to Tartarus and the voice acting.
The fact that Aizawa said his eyes were dry even tho it was raining tears from his eyes, I always get sad when I watch this ep

I think he chose manual because he liked how he followed the rules and set examples for everyone and thats what lida looks up to also I think he felt bad for manual when stain stuff happened

Here's a horrible fun fact that's NOT a spoiler since it's never brought up in the series: You see a winged Noumu in season 3, the one Stain rescues Deku from - it's actually Deku and Bakugo's childhood friend, the winged boy you see in the very first episode.
Wait, are you talking about that pudgy red-winged kid?! Bakugou's childhood friend somehow got turned into THAT thing?
@@whitneybennett4857 yep! His name was Tsubasa. It's basically heavily implied but never outright stated that he was turned into a Nomu, specifically because of his family relation (which is kind of a spoiler).

I guess you could say, Kurogiri's had his head in the clouds. All jokes aside, this was a very sad episode. And All For One is just sitting there, cackling to himself at the idea of everyone's misery
A lot of stuff about Shirakumo, Present Mic and Aizawa's backstory is in the spinoff Vigilantes. So it hit hard for people who read that. But the anime definitely showcased the hurt of Mic and Aizawa to fill in the gaps
That phone call was them giving Hawks the info they got from Kurogiri "Hospital"
The only thing I could think of that would be crazy for the villain last episode is if he could control white lines on clothing and hero costumes, etc.
I remember this episode dynamic entrying me right in the feels. It just goes to show you how evil All For One truly is
If you want more of young eraser check out the MHA Vigilantes manga, he’s got a whole 7-8 chapter arc of his time at UA/his work study. Can’t recommend it enough.
