Why? There's no reason to do that here, since the mistake had no bearing on the outcome of the game. If it HAD, that'd be different, but it was merely cosmetic, it was scored fairly.

This happened before to another family. The question was "Name a letter that a shoe's width is measured in" and the contestant said "B". They thought she said "D" but was given the score for "B"
