I just traded my Babylock Aria ( an amazing machine) for an Altair 2 . I love Babylock. I also have a babylock Evolution I had an Imagine before that babylock rocks!
I started doing machine embroidery in 2011. You are going to love this machine! I embroider with Brother machines simply because I enjoy having the ability to use the Disney licensed designs. Brother makes the Baby Lock machines, so they are the same type of operation. I had a Brother 6x10 embroidery only and it's a really useful size. You were smart to get the extra hoops. You might also want a 4x4. I use that size a lot for smaller embroideries to conserve on the stabilizer. I'm excited for you and excited to see what you create with this!
@@rosecityoriginals I do not have one but my friend does. We will have to try it! Thanks I now need to buy the software to be able to do appliqués! I first thought there was an appliqué function already build in but there isn’t!
Very cool 😎. I don't do machine embroidery but it was interesting to see what you got. Thank you for the video 😊

I bought the Babylock Vesta and it’s amazing. I purchased a magnetic hoop and it’s a game changer.
That’s definitely on my wish list!
You are going to LOVE Babylock!
I love my flare. Super easy, beautiful stitch quality.
How neat, Chris.
I see you having many hours of enjoyable projects in your future, & look forward to seeing what you'll be doing.
Can't wait to see the applique projects. Looks like it's a lovely machine.

I just bought the Flare also!
Looks like a great machine, will you be able to download the embroidery designs from accuquilt?
Yes! That was one of the main reasons I wanted to get an embroidery machine
Where did you get your shirt or material if you made it. I love it!!!
The print is by Alexander Henry fabrics, it’s called “Forget Me Not”
I just bought this machine and I need your help with appliqué!
The AccuQuilt files make it really easy. I haven’t tried any non-AccuQuilt appliqué yet
