Ok just finished the video, well raced sir, Tiny races are some of the hardest races on Zwift to be competative over the 4 races means you have amazing recovery I have heard people say to take them as brutal Vo2 max sessions

Tiny Races are a brilliant format and probably suit your fast recovery style....but i imagine you've been promoted. Your racing score is moving progressively in the upwards direction. How's the rocker plate working for you? You look comfortable on it.
Good work on the run PB, I’m in a similar camp to you - circa 27 5k and that gap to sub 25 feels miles away but I’m sure it’ll just happen when you least expect it - especially after consistently putting graft in. Good luck.
