    Wow ! I'm impressed !
    Dan was very fast ! However, I'm more impressed by Si. He made huge improvements since the first time we saw him run horribly 😂His form is pretty good now 👍

    Fair play, Dan was no dark horse to anyone who watched his recent GCN video series on his journey to long term health and fitness. He's been smashing it whilst the others have done much less since retiring from the pro ranks. No surprise Ollie decided to grinch the challenge. Make him do a Tri as a forefeit.

    Those are pretty great times! Congrats Dan on being so zippy!
    You can tell Si is a cyclist very easily by the line where his legs go from pale to ghost-of-christmas-past-pale ;)
    Eh same happens to me, but worse because of SoCal (tan to dead-fish at the cycling shorts line).

    They looked like they were really suffering, like they would have times in the 30s and 40s, but those are all really good times for guys who don’t run! Nice work gentlemen!

    To go even close to 20mins let alone under it is a very good time. Shows how fit these guys are to not even do any running and get those times.

      He's 44, Si is 41, Alex is 34 and Conor is 32.
      Dr. Bridgewood is 39, but that was just an excuse to not get a DNS😂

    Sub 20 5K is very fast. I only did it once when I was training for marathon last summer.

      @ I got first place in my local park run for running 19:40, I was 37 at the time. Overall percentile is 98.4% according to run repeat. “You're faster than 98.40% of all runners.” This is based on 34,680,750 race results.

      @@thejeffinvade I started running 18 months ago at 42.
      No running experience before that.
      After four months training and I broke 20 mins.
      I have a bunch of friends around my age running faster than me, although they've been running a few years.
      If you convince yourself it can't be done before you've even tried, then you will 100% fail.
