is there a way to copy that data onto a volume meshed object - without copying it on each new clone but the new geometry? anyways thanks for the tutorial!
I like that you have an extra amount of control over the Fog object. If you use a higher voxels size (lower resolution) you can create "pixelated" versions of Voxels... and other reasons.
This is so good! I'd like to render it with Redshift though and not getting any geometry showing. Any idea what I need to change in order to do so, please?
@@noseman Thanks for such a swift reply. Would I be able to gain access to your scene to reverse engineer, or possibly send you mine to look at please? No worries if not. Love the instancify plugin btw... saved me a load of time already
@@noseman Thanks for the Tutorial! I´m having a similar issue as @TurtleDuckDada just with Octane. I have the geometry but it doesnt show the colors. Do you know how I would get the color data into an octane material ?
Those little tips like dragging the yellow dot on the Cloner to resize - pure gold!
Hi. When I drag the yellow dots, the distance between clones increase instead of clone count. Any solution?
Clever trick, is there a way to retain UVs with Volume Objects and Remesh Generator? Kinda like Polygon Reduction tool does...
Thank you very very much! That was awsome tutorial!
Very interesting, thank you!
You've got to be the greatest grandpa ever!
Very unique and helpful techniques! Thanks for sharing these!
Thank you bro !!!
So good- THX noseman!
I know it's old
May i ask how to animate the voxel cubes maybe using noise ?
Thank you very much
wow, this is exactly what I was looking for. Instant sub, thank you!
Thanks a lot! Great job, Man!
Excellent tip!
thanks for sharing the knowledge)
Cool!
Hello thanks for uploading! I was wondering if there is a way to export the pixelated big man as a obj model to import to Rhino or CAD. Thanks lot
Another great one - many thanks!
Awesome!
Brilliant

Not directly. There is a hack using the correction deformer, but it doesn't always work.
@@noseman thanks for answering!!! do you have insight if future releases are gonna tackle that?
@@fuoser Even if I did, I wouldn't be allowed to say.
@@noseman totally worth the try
Elegant solution! But why we did't use the actual model as the field instead of volume?

I just rendered the scene I did in the video using redshift without any issue. Without your scene I have no idea what the problem is...

@@Jaschasuess I don't use Octane I'm afraid. You need to use whatever Octane uses to render the "MoGraph" color, or "Display Color" of the clones
is it true that this does not work when there is an uv texture ? it looks for me like the colors are rotated 90degrees. using a mixamo character
Nice!
NIce tip!
