      In case she doesn't see this or reply to it and you really wanna know, some basic things to bring are:
      -FOOD. YOU WILL BE FREAKING STARVING. Good foods to bring are energy bars (like Clif Bars), fruit, and honestly, candy. Its terrible for you, but you'll want it. Save it for afterward though, because if you eat it before a race you'll probably throw up :O
      -Water. You really wanna keep hydrated, and I would also recommend stuff like Gatorade.
      -Towels. Two, at least. You'll want one to sit on, and one to dry yourself after events and warmup/cooldown.
      -Comfy clothes. You should put on your warmup suit before leaving, and over it wearing sweatpants, a sweatshirt or teeshirt, etc. Bring an extra pair of sweats that you can get wet for right after your swims
      -Sharpies. You'll want to write your heat, mane, event name and number on your arm, and sharpies are always needed.
      -Your race suit AS WELL AS one to two practice suits. If you are wearing an expensive knee skin, fast skin, or tech suit, then your gonna wanna wait to put it on until after warmup. Wear a regular practice suit to the warmup and change after it. Bring an extra race suit (if you have one, or just another suit in general), because you can never be too prepared.
      -A crap ton of goggles and caps. I always bring two team race caps, and at least another two to three practice ones. Somebody's cap will rip. And you will be a godsend to them
      -ADVIL, because you're gonna be in pAiN :D Seriously, though, I brought it and had a girl so thankful that I had.
      -Something to do. Your phone, homework (it won't get done, but we can pretend), a book, laptop, whatever. You won't be swimming that much, the longest races are the mile, and only a small fraction of swimmers are brave enough to try it anyways.
      -Something to put wet stuff in. If you have a Speedo Teamster then it comes with a waterproof dirtbag to put wet stuff in, but if you don't have this, bring a few plastic bags.
      _Whatever else you need or want! Overpacking doesn't really exist, there was a girl who brought a sleeping bag, A GIANT iPad WHICH SHE WATCHED NETFLIX ON ALL DAY, AND MORE. Honestly, go crazy, but don't stress. You'll do great at the meet

    Can you do a video about flip turns with a snorkel?

      They’re pretty simple actually! People get nervous that the snorkel will hit the wall, but really the snorkel is made to be hydrodynamic! I have tried many snorkels and never had a problem with them hitting the wall!❤️❤️
