Thanks man! It was pretty sweet to take it down the road. No driveline hitting the floor and being able to steer, it was great haha. And a little burner to finish the test drive is always cool. 😎. It’s almost cruising season, I need to get pushing on this thing. Been a slow few weeks around here.

So is the body welded to the chassis like a unibody like the crown vic was? Thanks man

The Vic body unbolts from the chassis. And I left the crown Vic firewall in place where it originally bolted down, welded my cab to the Vic firewall, made cab mounts for each corner and then I left the rear seat/ trunk section from Vic bolted to the chassis and welded my bed to that floor section. So everything can be unbolted and removed down to a bare chassis again if needed.

How does it handle? Does it feel good?

From my short drive, pot hole filled road, it was very smooth, cab felt real solid on the frame. When I take it for a longer drive in my neighborhood, I’ll have a better description. I was too stoked that it went down the block and back. The first time I tried, steering locked up and driveline hit the floor. Never got out of my driveway haha.
