Well the Goal Zero solar panel was about $300 and the battery storage unit was about the same - so we spent roughly $600 Canadian initially getting it set up for solar. The lights themselves were another $50 or so. And the whole system is portable so we've been able to use it in other road trips and camping etc as well.
