I didn't expect to be crying happy tears at the end of a sci-fi story, yet here they are. :') I love stories that celebrate our virtues as human beings and our abilities to overcome our baser instincts. It gives me hope that some of us are actually starting to evolve past the savage vengeful apes we once were. Another great story, Mr. Falconer. 🙂
Great story. I think Lorraine and Barbara make a great team. And Lorraine is exactly my age. Just one suggestion…don’t use the word demented so much. For some reason, it stood out.
