Today I go over just about everything I own as a minimalist.

I work on Harleys in my little garage. i wish I could be minimalist like this but gotta make money and can't fix Harleys digitally.
I think it’s more like seeing it as only have what you need. Everyone’s needs vary.

Video well done! I own way too much still but most of it is sentimental stuff. I used to own a heck of a lot more but did a huge purge between the years 2015 and 2017.

It appears you live in a shared house, so it's easy to be minimalist if you only have a bedroom as your own space to furnish.
If you have a lounge/living room then your sitting on furniture provided by someone else, pans/bowls/plates, cooking utensils, microwave, kettle etc, provided by someone else.
Ok. This is going to be a weird comment but I got so excited to see the Haikyuu!! video on the TV. I am an over 50 librarian but started an anime club at our middle school. I knew nothing when we started this year but now I know some stuff. Yay!!

I like the idea of minimalism, I would probably call myself a full/medium-feature(practical?) minimalist, but most minimalism that the internet seems to be interested in trends to look more like "hurt-falivism". I'm currently looking for a new wallet, but they all claim to be minimalist wallets where I don't have any space to put cash in a space where I know it will never fall out like a pocket, or the wallet has a built-in multitool where I would be afraid to sit down with all the knives that pop out. It's like Bungie jumping with a real rope because the rope was smaller than the elastic one.

That's a nice desktop setup (I currently just have a laptop) but I may get a desktop again one day and would just copy that setup lol!

I move around a lot. I just want to be able to pack up my truck and go on with life.
so, you don't invite people to your home for dinner or stuff like that? and what about pillows, towells, toothbrush, things like that? seems pretty easy if I only talk about personal things, but doesn't seem reasonable to show just these kind of stuff.

Strange question, (and I know this video is a year old at this point) but how often do you do laundry with such a small wardrobe? On the daily? The only reason I keep so many clothes is because I only have time for laundry maybe once a week

I'd love to hear about your gf's opinion on living with your minimalist lifestyle lol esp in regards to clothing. As much as I'd like a minimalist closet, my gf would rather i have options for different looks and date nights, etc.

Do you never have to go anywhere "dressed nicely"? Do you not have 1 button down, dress shoes, and suit? As for the title of "minimalist"--you can be a minimalist no matter how much you have. That's a personal definition.
I can't remember the last time I had to dress up nicely lol, I do have one button up though.
