@@AidanBelizaire Ah thank you brother. That means a lot. I hope you continue making these kinds of lifehack videos - I certainly need them!!! How are you getting on with the Miyoo Mini?
@@RetroCrisis the next one’s about making your phone work for you. You may find it useful dude! It’ll be up in a few weeks. As for the miyoo, it just awesome! I love it!! The size can be a little annoying during a longer session, but, the portability totally wins that battle. Then again, I’ve heard there’s a larger one coming!
@@AidanBelizaire I'm looking forward to that - my phone is a major distraction lol. Ah I'm glad you're enjoying the Miyoo - theres nothing quite like carrying your entire childhood in pocket like that eh
I'm 15 and I dont have a big house to move the room and the bedroom like you did. Should I just make my room cool and dark, have a salt lamp an hour before bed so I can read instead of using my phone and no phones and screens an hour before bed so charge them outside too?
Just implement what you can do with the space available to you! The things you've listed would all be a GREAT start! Or perhaps even enough! You could even do one thing (like make your room cool and dark) first, then after a week do no screens, then week 3 charge them outside etc.... Remember, test and try and customise for yourself. Use this video as inspiration to make a healthy change, then listen to your own body and mind going forward! I hope this helps! 🙌🏽
I think the real reason you aren't getting a good nights sleep is twhat can be seen through your window - a church (cathederal?) with a huge clock and bell tower. :) :) :) Get rid of that and you will sleep like a babe :) A fun video. Thank you.
Hey thank you for taking the time to watch and you're totally right. In fact, on Sundays the bells ring for hours and not even in any specific pattern... I'm convinced (whomever rings them, bell boys?) got into the communion wine before hand and just went crazy haha! I hope you're very well and thanks again for watching! 🙌🏽
I love the cinematic look and the angles. Are really really awesome. And the jokes were super funny. I really needed a video like this because lately I really face the problems you mentioned in the beginning of the video. Btw, what camera do you use?
Thanks so much man! I'm really glad you enjoyed it! I'm trying to be more 'myself' in my videos. Will you make any changes to improve your sleep perhaps? Camera-wise I use a Sony a7s iii. I used to own a Canon C100 Mark ii but sold it last it year and upgraded to something both smaller and with better visual quality. I absolutely love it!
@@AidanBelizaire that looks really nice indeed. I'm thinking of upgrading to the same camera. Yes, I will work on improving my sleeping schedule because I want to perform better during the day. So first thing to improve is waking up and sleeping at the same time every day. That is a good start. The phone and gadgets are next to eliminate from my morning and evening routine.
@@ittakestime.official Please let me know how your sleep improves dude! I'll really like to hear your experience. And regarding camera, we can have a call about it if you have any other questions! 👍🏽
That sounds awesome! I mean, only do what feels right! You could always start small by removing/gifting just a few things, or are you going to jump in at the deep end?
This wouldn’t be a problem here in Manchester. It rains ALL THE TIME 😅 Is there not a recording device or something you could use? Or just keep your phone in your room but only use it for this purpose..?
@@lindabourketempleton4040 I see. Well, you can only do what you can, so if that’s the case, that’s ok. Or you could try earbuds as an experiment, see if that helps further!
I think when watching any video suggesting, well, anything, it's important to test and try for yourself and work within your situation. So, if you don't have another room, perhaps just try having your phone charging somewhere else. Are you co-living and that's not possible? Then perhaps set a screen-time rule and don't check right before bed or after you wake up etc. Just do what you can. It's not about doing everything, it's about doing something. I hope this helped!
I feel like I watched so many videos telling me the same things but I still don't do it. WHy??? There are no downsides to it so there shouldn't be a reason not to.
@@stiend I get you now, thanks for explaining haha. Hmmmmm, tbh, it can be a pain in the ass doing everything I did in the video all at once. But perhaps you can just do one thing, like charge your phone away from your bed/outside the room. You could totally do that! And you never know, it might make you consider adding another thing to the list to get better sleep! 🙌🏽 If your sleep is ok now then maybe you don’t need to do anything haha! But I’m pretty positive it’d get better for you! Either way, just implement some things if and when you can! Best of luck and do let me know if you do! 🙏🏼

Let me know how it goes please!
Love this video reached me a lot
Thanks for taking the time to watch! Have a great day (and night!)
Very well done...informative and funny 😉
Haha thanks! People really liked you in the previous video BTW!
Love this video.
Thanks for watching! I’m glad you enjoyed!
Read somewhere that mattresses double in weight over a certain number of years due to dust accumulating. Yw
Siri didn’t tell me that!! 😱
@@AidanBelizaire lol, but not with a hypoallergenic dust cover! Then you’d be good 😊
@@abmrose instant purchase!!
Nice video
Thanks and thanks for watching! 🙏🏼
Get rid of that and you will sleep like a babe :)
A fun video.
Omgosh 😂😂😂😂the guinea pig fact🐹🐹🐹🐹🐹
I know right!!? Super cute!
Quick question, what do you use as under the mattress. I would love to buy one for myself
Do you mean the actual bed? (The bit that’s in two halves?)
Loved it
Thank you! I hope you have great sleep (if you don’t already!)
Great video, Now I need another room to keep only my bed🤣. As soon as I can I will for shure💪🏾
Thank you! I think it’s totally to just do/work with what you have! Just implement what’s possible!
He is defenaly going to BE famous
Hey I'm really glad you liked the video! Thanks for watching! 😃
Great video!
Thanks Olya!
I have too much clutter and I feel like I need to get rid of things probably by gifting, donating, and selling to make it better and less stuff
That sounds awesome! I mean, only do what feels right! You could always start small by removing/gifting just a few things, or are you going to jump in at the deep end?
Might start slow then pick up the pace because with a cleaner and less cluttered space makes room for better sleep and clear thinking@AidanBelizaire
@@saraevelyn3558I couldn’t agree more! Good luck! 🙌🏽
"I think am floating" 🤣
Hahahaha, If I sleep too well I have to wear weighted pyjamas....
🤣sounds like a plan@@AidanBelizaire
I have tinnitus so rain is great :) unfortunately the app is on my phone and any sound machine is not available in my country so...😮❤😂
This wouldn’t be a problem here in Manchester. It rains ALL THE TIME 😅
Is there not a recording device or something you could use? Or just keep your phone in your room but only use it for this purpose..?
Great video keep going
Thank you!!
Here from your TikTok.
Thanks so much for popping over! And for taking the time to check out the video! That's really awesome of you!
Hi
Don't let the door slam.
Haha! Hey thanks for watching!! 🙌🏽
My phone is changed in the bathroom and I use the alarm means I have to get out of bed to turn it off
Awesome! Has it helped you? Not charging it in your bedroom?
@@AidanBelizaire yes but I have a major road outside my house so the noise from that
@@lindabourketempleton4040 I see. Well, you can only do what you can, so if that’s the case, that’s ok. Or you could try earbuds as an experiment, see if that helps further!
Any tips when you don't have the free space like you.
@@AidanBelizaire Thanks.
@@mikelarry2602 My absolute pleasure man! Have a great sleep! 😉
So you built a BED-DER ROOM 😎🤣 sorry bro, my jokes are always there to ruin everything! Anyway, great video!
Hahahahaha, classic. 😆
Hi
Hey thanks for watching!
@@AidanBelizaire thank YOU, for doing amazing videos 💖
lol it was funny when the bed fell on you
That bed is such a diva - doesn't take direction AT ALL hahaha!
I feel like I watched so many videos telling me the same things but I still don't do it. WHy??? There are no downsides to it so there shouldn't be a reason not to.
Hey! I don't understand....? You mean there are no mentions of downsides (cons) to doing the things that'll help you sleep better?
Oh wait, I think I understand (haha, took me a while) - You mean you don't know why you can't try the tips/stick to the things?
Yes exactly! I know what I can do to improve my sleep and I want to, but I don't...@@AidanBelizaire
I Saw the vidio tinking he had +1 M sadly he don't have
Hello again! I think I replied to your other comment. One day...... 😉
i probably shouldnt watch this at 1 am

I know… 😭 I was crying on the inside trust me 🤣
Hi hehehe
I was scrolling on TikTok then i realized that i should come here to see the rest, i knew there's something odd in the way i wake up after sleeping and how much it affects my whole day and now i feel motivated to make the first step in my journey to become more, thank you for your effort 🫡
@@simoaouelcadi5912 Thanks for heading here! I really, really hope this helps you get better sleep and thus, a better day! And then another awesome day, and another! Good luck on your journey! 💪🏽
So, as a fellow experimenter... how does your gf deal with your ideas of messing up regular life? 😂
If she sees positive results she made the right decision going along with it. If she doesn’t, then it’s my fault she’s inconvenienced, and I have to make it up to her…
Hahaha, only joking! She’s up for trying most things! Just needs a little convincing so I usually have to pitch ideas to her haha!
