The juice is not worth the squeeze to me when it comes to becoming jacked.. I see how the pros in that field end up looking once they stop racing the fitness race. There is something that we need to reclaim first to make it worth it.. something sacred and lost: The knowledge on how to NOT let our body break over time and fix it on its core layers. That's what I was looking for and end up finding after hard research but it's not for everybody unfortunately. Social media addiction is a problem for the younger generation sadly, a thing more easily overcome by those who did not grew up with the internet or cellphones.
it seems you watch a lot of motivational stuff, my advice would be don't go that way, there is more than that, I will say like that there is 2 roads. 1st being honest(faithful) 2nd dishonest(unfair). one is hard and not that rewarding in material sense, but at least you will stay sane, other is easy probably you will be wealthy, but inside you will be destroyed and in a sense insane. And by my research the only way is Jesus Christ.

Fame is due to being like or perceived as cool he is diffrent in a good way
