For over half a million with no garage, No Yard, No basement, only 4 bedrooms, No Tub in primary, No closet space, and in that area that’s about 380k the house not bad just overpriced

Lived in the area 54 years ago. Just tell them the house is down Avon from Madea's house. An Easy walk to Tyler Perry Studios. West End would be a hike though.

House is in not so good area that the number two thing people look at when buying a home. House nice but not the right price for that area to high .

I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of this home as I do like the black in the kitchen and throughout the home .Like the deck. I agree with your comment of the home making a great Airbnb

That doesn't look like a half a million dollar neighborhood to me.. rather relocate and get more square footage for that price in a nicer neighborhood
