900k for a town home in an area of ATL that is still considered the hood is insane. It looks good but it's way over priced. That is what you pay for a town home in Alpharetta
You know, I thought something was familiar. I've seen that same wood, shower head, sink and countertop at Home Depot and Lowe's. A twin switch on a white plastic square for the lights @ a million dollars after taxes is crazy. Just apply for public housing, it's cheaper, you'll get about the same size. For $839k, all I saw was low quality pine wood and dry wall in a series of tight squares with cheap appliances.
Sheesh. Atl sure has changed. Never thought I’d see the day a townhouse on Moreland would run almost $850k and HOA $275 MONTHLY. It’s very nice though.
@@divineempress8539 monthly! That's insane. For that the lawn powewashing general upkeep need to he included. 3,300 annually there's no justifying that. I harp on the HOA routinely about the common areas they faul to maintain and it's $250 annually.
Me either!!! I’d never purchase something so close together with condos right behind and a reck center across the street 🤦♀️ you’d never have any peace 😢
Nice townhouse BUT definitely overpriced. The rooms are as small as a NYC bedroom apt. WHO wants to purchase a Townhouse/home in ATL for almost a million dollars with space like NYC. It defeats the purpose.
I had high hopes for this one because the exterior design is on point. But the interior is lame. The finishing is cheap for 900k. A barndoor on the master bedroom??Wth. lol. What was that weird extra bathroom inside of the bathroom? I hope that was a temporary sink. It didn’t even match the other one.
Very nice, lots of privacy and views on either deck. Reminds me of old school homes. With porches when neighbors would talk from porch to porch. But at 65 years old to many steps and even though you have compact spaces to enjoy, tackling those steps and forgetting your drink down stairs would be a problem I'd never get use too!. Although I do like the windows with lots of natural light coming in. Maybe if I were in my 40's and still working. The lawn wouldn't be a factor, But the HOA fee's are high. Maybe a yard would keep me in shape. and the money saved from HOA's I'd take the wife out a bit more. But thanks for the tour. It just wouldn't work for two 60 + people. I'm out.
Tight cheap finishes ! If robbers break in they can easily access the next house by knocking that partition down! Moreland ave is a transition area that will never transition 😅let’s see how they depreciate in 2 years
I feel you sis, but trust and believe that place is not going to depreciate over the long term (or short). The invaders are here to stay and this entire city has changed to accommodate them. All old timers are dying off and their kids are selling valuable land to move to Lithonia; or the city/county is taxing them out of the community. Jump on board or get left.
Am I cheap? 800k seems high as hell…I mean it’s a nice townhome but almost a million? Is this a ideal location or something? I’m from Ohio I think homes might be cheaper here..
The main floor is PHENOMENAL and perfect for entertaining… and it went down hill from there. The rooms are too small. Why did they only utilize 1/2 of 4th floor/rooftop deck? What are all these rooms with no doors?! There is no storage-where do you put your broom, vacuum, Christmas decorations, etc? They want way too much for this condo. This is $375 max.
800k to hear kids screaming everyday after 2:30 is wild. Also I didn’t understand what was happening in the master bathroom with that sink on the other side. And if you gonna have barn doors they should look more aesthetic. That white is crazy
😂😂😂I absolutely dig your showings and yes this place is very nice. Love that you took the time to show both sides and the difference between the garage space! Great job!! Not sure when I’m moving there but know when I get ready we will be contacting you for the purchase of our home. Keep being and thanks so very much for the tour!!
I like this property. Its very contemporary. The only thing is that the end units are dramatically better than the middle units. The end unit has alot of windows on the side with great views which is lost in the middle unit. I like the layout except for the bathroom off of the dining room. Overall the end units would be the only ones worth buying however the price of these things starting at 840k is pretty steep. That is nearly a million dollars for a townhouse in a up in coming neighborhood in ATL!
That's not East Atlanta. As an Atlanta native, I grew up in East Atlanta; that's Berne and Marion at the Warren Boys & Girl's Club where I used to go a hundred years ago! That's Ormewood Park and Ormewood Park in Fulton County. Moreland is the dividing line. And while the Beltline is a good selling point for this property, for that price point a few coins more you'd do better in Atlantic Station...and for less you can actually be in East Atlanta Village.

I live in Castleberry and was born & raised in Atlanta. these townhomes are beautiful. However, for that area, they are severely overpriced. Don't get me wrong, everything on the housing market is overpriced right now, truth be told. Lol! But this is VERY overpriced for that area. I'm not paying that kind of money for Moreland. I know Moreland has gentrified some over the years but not to the point where it can sell almost million-dollar properties. I predict these will have sit, mostly, vacant until they have a significant price drop. And then they'll be snatched up once the price becomes more reasonable for that area. But they are very gorgeous!
Looks like the workmanship is poor. Also the fact the place is incomplete and they are touring probably means they are running out of money yet another reason NOT to buy 😢
