WOW, Mr. Mitchell where do I begin. I watch the entire video of this stunning home as I didn't want to miss anything. The exterior with the four sided brick and black combination is 10 across the board. The backyard is amazing as I truly liked the deck and the patio area with the furniture is 💯 . Would add a pool and the pond ideal sounds good Interior of this home is fabulous and huge, definitely big enough to accommodate my multiple personalities 😅. Would remodel kitchen with large island The bathroom shower with the red light is hilarious, definitely would keep. Would change one of the bedrooms into walk in closet with island in the center. A boutique style type of closet. The finished basement is superb, would add theatre's room. I'm completely okay with the year of the home. The structure of the home .Definitely could be a forever home. I think the asking price is amazing because as I usually state that here in California this home would be at least 3 million, mostly likely more because of the size, bedrooms and the beautiful neighborhood . Neighborhood is so nice and huge. Look like middle class neighborhood. Mr. Mitchell plan to be in Georgia on December 19 as my vacation request has been approved 🎉 . Haven't purchased ticket yet. Still about a year or so before I actually relocate but still would like to view home in person to have ideal of the size. Would home be viewed through open house ? or how does it go. Only want to view one home ,preferably with lake Adding this home to email for future references.
Very nice home. Huge front yard, nice that the garage is side facing. It’s missing the third garage tho. Nice backyard. Curb appeal from front to back yards. Very nice wood floors. I like the swing door from the dining room to kitchen. Reminds me of my granny’s door. Love the chair railing/wainscoting details throughout the home. I like the shade of blue in the mud room. It pops, in a good way. It’s great to have the car charger in the garage. Thanks for pointing out the window shades that have Bluetooth access👍🏾awesome feature. Was that the remote on the wall next to the blinds? Nice size deck. The neighbors pool is a beautiful shade of blue. Very nice master with an attached dressing room. That master bedroom could be its own resort. Agree with you on the removal of the kitchenette. Odd that it’s three separate rooms though. Nice basement. But I live in Alpharetta (California transplant) and I know absolutely nothing about Georgia outside of Alpharetta (and the cities within a 10 mile radius). This property is beautiful. This is one of the best homes under $1 million that I've seen in a long time. Beautiful!!! I'm sold by the window seats....

I like it they did majority of the major upgrades. Just a few things here and there that could be updated but overall plenty of space and a nice yard!

This house definitely had upgrades. That crown moulding all over isn't cheap at all. Kitchen looks nice and I like that it has a gas stove.

Hey, the lamp in the pedo walk thru suite shower is a tanning lamp. They used to be the rage in all motels in the 70’s and 80’s
Those plants must be wrapped up in the winter since they're common in tropical climates. The bitter cold will kill them.
