A couple years ago my 90 year old grandpa got the opportunity to throw the first pitch at a Red Sox game and they posted his picture on their Instagram and so many cruel people commented on his "fupa". I was HEATED. He is an old man in his wheel chair and got to do something special he always wanted to do and THATS what trolls commented about..
That is so sad and wrong.
Why does this have me both pissed and in tears. How can someone comment on an older person (especially) and still look at themselves in the mirror!?

I would cry if I had to move a fatty part of me to cross my legs. I'm about 10 kgs overweight and feel like shit because of it. I'm so insecure I can't imagine being truly happy at such a weight 😞

I agree! I do understand people have lower belly fat, but when it stretches to your knees, that is a problem. Not just a physical problem but a hygiene problem. I’m not saying that to be vicious but working in the medical field I have seen how severe they can get. Kandy as sweet as she is, has a very hard time bending over and it’s just a lot of extra heavy weight to carry.

I've never had an issue with how I've looked. I have a fupa, one misplaced Arm roll an a roll under my breasts. I am in the fat fetish community, I'm well known, my boyfriend loves my body and I love my body. I'm happy you're talking about this and have an open mind / opinion because many people are closed off to talking about fat bodies.

I think if anyone else would have talked about this I would have been like "meh I don't want to think about my fupa right now" or "they are just talking about something sexual for views". With you tough it felt so natural and like I was laughing in the car with a friend. Good for you for being real and truly having good intentions of making girls chill and love their bodies.

A good tip is to stick kotex pads up in the fupa rolls to control cheese and rotten cheese odor. Works great in the summer especially for big pancake fupas!!
I used to be so insecure about my fupa! And it didn't help that men made jokes about "a fat pussy" "a mom pussy" just weird stuff like that! It was so annoying! Now I have a hubby who has a fupa too so a big deal isnt made of it!! Like you said, it's just natural!!! POWER TO THE FUPA!!

I got drawn in to reading through the comments and thankfully most of them are nice but reading the nasty, spiteful, hateful comments made me so angry and also sad. Why do people think it's ok to be so derogative about others? Unfortunately the freedom of the internet is a playground for bullies. These people that must be "Oh so perfect" slagging off others......I wonder how many of them have profile pics or pics that are filter free?? The ugliness inside the soul will always shine through. Kandy has a beautiful soul, her videos are friendly, funny, open and honest. Watching her is like sitting down with your girlfriends and having a chat and laugh. It's a sad fact that some lesser human beings will always revel in hurting others rather than to make someone smile with kindness.

I completely agree about having a partner who talks shit about your body. A few days ago I was complaining about the fact that my waist dips in a lot and then my hips dip out...then it dips in a bunch at the bottom of my hip and then back out at my thigh. As I was complaining, my fiancé looked pissed, stood up, and said, “My d#ck is hard just from you talking about it. My d#ck is hard.” It’s hard to keep insecurities when every one is met with attraction. (Obviously we need confidence to start from within, but it’s pretty great to have a supportive, amazing significant other.)

FUPA or no FUPA, it only matters what is on the inside of a person....great personality, kind, loving, caring, respectful and on n on n on.....
That fold between the under belly and the fupa can get sweaty in the summer months. I use that fds feminine spray in the creases and it keeps me dry and odor free!! Also works great for the back of the neck, behind the knees, under your breasts and anywhere else you get excessively sweaty in the summer months. Works like a charm!

Misty Nights that is exactly what it is fatty upper pubic region. It is part of your sub abdominals and it becomes enlarged, heavy, and hangs(sagging) depending on ones fat distribution and the amount of it.

Great video! I totally had to change for myself in order to be healthy, since I had a diabetes scare. However, I was able to lose weight in the stomach/FUPA area just by eating the right foods and exercising every now and then and was able to lose over a 100 lbs from this. But my key to really losing weight since I used to be close to 430 lbs was eating less processed foods/fast foods, cooking more homemade meals, and only drinking water only and nothing like tea, coffee, juice, smoothies, shakes or anything colored, fizzy or man-made etc. Essentially, these were empty calories for me and contributed to me having a rather large stomach area since it was my fat target area.
I just came across this today and I wish I could take some of your good advice.

It’s basically between your stomach and mons pubis. Everyone has a moms pubis, but not a FUPA.
I mean I somewhat agree. A little bit of a Fupa is completely normal but having one that sags down to your knees definitely isn't. I wouldn't even consider that a fupa.

Okay this was kind of a funny and lighthearted conversation.. .but honestly people shouldn't define themselves by things like excess body fat. My Fupa or any of my excess fat stores were never part of who I was/ am. I lost a lot of body fat that I unintentionally gained but when I lost that fat I didn't lose myself.. I just lost some unhealthy excess fatty stores. I wasn't fat, I HAD fat. Now it's gone and I'm feeling healthier and happier and not once have I felt less like myself.. . in fact I feel MORE like myself now because I'm able to do more things that I love to do.

For the people who only come here to spread hate, I actually know a person or two who has a 'fupa' and who is fairly damn thin. A lot of guys actually like it. There's different sizes too. Not all are huge and not all are small but jfc are we seriously going to sit behind a computer screen and talk shit because your computer screen is protecting you? (Which not rlly because some people know how to track IP addresses and cookies left behind if they really wanted to js)
