  • Tap in to this 10 minute upper body strength workout that specifically targets the chest and triceps. This dumbbell routine designed to help you build strength and lean muscle over time. This routine is also great for improving upper body strength with exercises like push-ups, chest presses, and many plank variations. For a full upper body day, we recommend either doing this workout for 2-3 rounds or pairing it with out other upper body muscle group workouts. If you need any modifications, please follow Toya throughout the video.

    I have been doing your videos since April of this year. Start weight was 266.5 I am currently 220.5! 46 pounds down and my goal is about 80. 🏃🏽‍♀️💨

    Was following Toya for 2 and half weeks on the tricep push ups😖 today i did 20 of them the way Juice did it, i can not believe it's working. IT'S WOORKIIING!🎉🥳🥳🥳 I'M DOING IT!!!
    3Weeks in, this is my 6 time doing this workout and my 20lbs dumbbells is starting to feel like paper. You guys are amazing and awesome! Thank you guys so much for releasing these videos to the public for FREE! You guys have no idea how much of an improvement all of your workouts has made on my entire life.
    Im currently on a 6 days splits. Also went from 220 to 200 in the first 2 weeks. You guys came here on Earth and started SAVING LIVES!❤️ Thanks again J|T😩

    You guys are the best. Glad i found this channel. Not everyone gives warm up. Most of them goes to the workout directly. Warm up is so important. Thats something beginners like myself doesn't know.

    Thanks so much! chest and tris hurting the next day. It's amazing to me to get the same results in 10 minutes that I used to spend hours in the gym to get. I am in my 50s and very busy so my time is very important. These types of routines are perfect before I head to work!

    I used to lift 5 times a week but due to ill health have been out of action for a couple of years. Finally at a point where I’m able to start working out again. Thank you so much for this workout! Thoroughly enjoyed feeling weights in my hands again!

    I used to do crossfit as a beginner but now whenever I go to the gym I play one of your full body workouts and just give my best! They are so efficient, please do more of full body workouts with dumbells and some with barbells

    I just did the biceps and back before this but man ya'll really gave my triceps a good burn! 🔥 love it thanks for your awesome strength workouts (I did a few other types of workouts you have but I just want to improve strength most ) I've been seeing and feeling my muscles poke through 💪

    I have to tell you that I'm really enjoying your videos. Not only has every one of them that I've watched been a great workout, but the videos themselves are just really well done. The visual and audio cues, the way sometimes one of you will be profile-on to the camera so people can see a different view of the exercise, the lead-ups and recaps, how Toya will show modifications to the exercise, all of it.     Week 4 Day 1 continuation, since this week we were encouraged to push ourselves, I finished Monday's workout with this workout for an overall full body workout! Did this with 10lb dumbbells, and mostly followed the modifications and dropped down to one dumbbell when I felt too much strain in my elbows

    I used 10 lb weights, except the skull crushers. I used 5 lb. Your workouts are very targeted. Love them. I would love you two doing a few knee strengthening, knee friendly exercises. Please.

    Well I had graduated to the 10s and even 12s on some of your other workouts but this one took me way back to the 5s! 😆 I’m not mad at ya’ll or myself- I fact, thank you, for exposing yet another area that needs some attention.😉. I know my Triceps will be immobile tomorrow so I’ll be back to this s in a couple of days!👍🏾♥️

    alot of online fitness instructors provide these short workouts, usually 10-30 minutes and Im guessing that its because persons always complain about time and/or lack of equipment. I suspect that these instructors very rarely do such short workouts themselves. How effective are these types of short workouts when compared to a longer version.?

      Shorter work outs are more intense but when it comes down to any work out you do it’s all about how much effort you put into it and consistency

      I've been doing their short 10 minute arm workouts for a little over two months now and my arms are a lot stronger, they look stronger, my back and chest are stronger. There workouts are great!

      Hi, great question! As mentioned below, the work you put in CONSISTENTLY is what is going to matter. However, with these shorter duration workouts, they're great for pairing for a full body workout. For example, you could do 10 mins chest and triceps, 10 mins biceps shoulders, and do a 20 minute lower body workout and have a complete full body workout. Other people like to do a little strength in combination with outdoor runs, etc. Also, shorter duration workouts like this are great for people who are just looking for a burnout post workout, or, get in some reps working on strengthening a specific muscle group. So it's really what you make it. 30 minutes is also more than enough time for a very efficient workout!

    Dear Juice and Toya, lots of love from India. I am a new subscriber to your channel. I am a beginner and i am following your workout videos. They are great and helpful. Thank you so much. You both are doing a great job.
    Would you consider doing a series on Common mistakes and how to correct them ( for ex: butt winks in squats). I am sure there are a lot of people like me who struggle to understand the correct form.
    Most of the time the fear of doing it wrong and getting injured keeps me from leveling up my workouts. There are videos on the topic but I prefer it to learn from you. I trust you guys and I love your videos. I hope you read this and consider my request 🤞.

    Round 1:
    8 lb set
    Okay I got this, by the end I was like oh that wasn't that bad I can do 2 rounds.
    Round 2:
    10 lb set
    By the 4th exercise 😳🤯, by the 10th ☠️
    Phew 2 rounds was hard but good. Now arms feel like straight jelly 😅

    Good and challenging video! Some constructive criticism if I may: there was an ad right in the middle of the video, may be best to place it either at the beginning or the end, and I find the music a bit repetitive. But well done!

    Did this tonight before I went out to dance class and I was really proud of myself as I used my new 4kg dumb bells that I bought yesterday (I’ve been using 3kg for a while and decided I was no longer pushing myself). Not sure I’m going to be able to raise my arms tomorrow 😂
