4:20 is that the only spring coil used in this fork. It looks like very soft spring and feel damage too quickly. Other brand fork uses very heavy and hard coil spring !
I have the same mechanism and i took it out because the lock didn't fully came back after i press the button. But now it doesn't move at all. Can you help me? I don't know what to do with it. It doesn't rotate at all when i put it together

Trebuia sa slefuiesc mai mult partea unde se freca de surubul de la furca cu mecanismul in sine 2.Trebuia tensionat cablul 3. Furca trebuie amorsata (apasata in mod repetat) Pana la urma i-am dat de capat. P.S: Romania power 💪

I have one similar (the orange one in the Silver TK) and I am not sure if it's actually working. I do not know what am I doing wrong.
if you do after the video you will not make mistakes to repair. you can still sand the rod inside which will allow it to work even better
sand the black rod with sandpaper and the problem is solved

When I put the locking ring back on it gets really stiff as yours did at around 6 mins in. How did you solve it?
sand the black rod with sand papir. And after put toghether and work 100%.

after a while the rod stiffens and the bow has no power or salt on the spot

If you can turn the dial and it still doesn't lock, you probably don't have enough oil
It springs back before fitting cap back on then doesn't return when cap is tightened ,how did you fix please?
