Never ever hammer on the fork arch to release the lowers. Thread the nut/bolt into the bottom of the air spring and damper a few turns and tap them with a hammer to release.

yes, and i did so, but old fork and it was sticking, so needed a little tap with RUBBER mallot

Hey in service manual for xc30 it says that you put oil just in one leg, however you put it two. Is it correct?

yes, lubrification around 20ml, i think it also says so in manual.
