Спасибо тебе огромное, милый человек😂 я уже устал искать ролик про этот тросик, у меня такая же фигня, я туда сюда этот демпфер разбирал полностью целиком, ничего не помогало, вчера богу поселился, и сегодня случайно увидел твой ролик с велосипедом и веселой музыкой, ты меня очень обрадовал, просто я собираю велосипед для любимой девушки тюнинг делаю мы купили Cube Comp на 27.5 колесах вилка Rock shox я делаю полностью ей его с нуля все разобрал перебрал почистил смазал плюс ещё купил заднюю кассету на 10 скоростей цепь новую, обвес карбон Ritchey, на АлиЭкспресс заказал в общем купили мы бывший в употреблении велосипед за 280 евро и ещё я вложил в него где то 400 евро и это ещё не дорого он будет очень красивый наклейки на колеса купил давно Easton XC90 отражаются очень красиво смотрится руль с выносом карбон Ritchey, подседельный штырь карбон Ritchey а так же держатель для бутылки все одной фирмы моя девушка очень любит меня и я её мне 45 лет в мае будет я никогда так не любил как ее в мы познакомились только что с ней в конце августа в прошлом году хоть я и особо не зарабатываю, ну в велосипед душу вложил а цвет велосипеда черно белый вилка rock shox xc30 теперь с твоей помощью я смогу дальше продолжить свою сборку моей любимой девушки ❤ кстати в тормозах тоже не забывай менять гидравлическое масло если много катаешься то раз в год хотя бы оно там темнеет, спасибо тебе и удачи, привет из Риги 😉❤
El mando está al revés, parece que el cable va forzado.😂 Hay, mandos, para el lado derecho o izquierdo. En este caso es para el lado derecho del manillar. Quedará la palanca al revés y no te machacará el dedo. Un saludo.

I have the same mechanism and i took it out because the lock didn't fully came back after i press the button. But now it doesn't move at all. Can you help me? I don't know what to do with it. It doesn't rotate at all when i put it together

@@XR-asphaltrider Ok. Mersi ca vrei sa ma ajuti insa am rezolvat problema. Au fost mai multe chestii pe care eu le-am gresit. 1. Trebuia sa slefuiesc mai mult partea unde se freca de surubul de la furca cu mecanismul in sine 2.Trebuia tensionat cablul 3. Furca trebuie amorsata (apasata in mod repetat) Pana la urma i-am dat de capat. P.S: Romania power 💪

When I put the locking ring back on it gets really stiff as yours did at around 6 mins in. How did you solve it?
sand the black rod with sand papir. And after put toghether and work 100%.

It springs back before fitting cap back on then doesn't return when cap is tightened ,how did you fix please?

he was stuck,does not take off at the locked position
I have one similar (the orange one in the Silver TK) and I am not sure if it's actually working. I do not know what am I doing wrong.
if you do after the video you will not make mistakes to repair. you can still sand the rod inside which will allow it to work even better
sand the black rod with sandpaper and the problem is solved

4:20 is that the only spring coil used in this fork. It looks like very soft spring and feel damage too quickly. Other brand fork uses very heavy and hard coil spring !
after a while the rod stiffens and the bow has no power or salt on the spot
