Changing things in this magnitude takes time. It's not going to happen overnight. For reference you can look at yourself. Can you tell if you improved anything in your life in the time since the first Vande Bharat was launched?

That 1st AC was from older ICF coach . LHB ones are better which are eventually going to replace ICF
