This video gave me a great shock. As a Chinese, many of my impressions of India came from the BBC documentary "Welcome to India" many years ago. Without this video, I might not have known that there are such modern places in India.
India is moving towards Capitalism. Within the next 10 years or so things would change rapidly. If everything goes perfectly Mumbai could become the future New York or maybe close to it. True the poor would slowly get crushed under this massive development push and crimes too would go up as people fight for survival but again that's the only way this country could make any real progress.
Nomad is quite expensive , if you buy sim in India it costs like less 4$ which gives 2 GB per day data for 30 days and if you exhaust 2 GB internet still works but on slowere speed. You can top in 2-3 $ for 100 GB more

Saying Urdu is just as much an Indian language as Hindi is a bit disingenuous. Urdu wasn't born in India, it was merely "assembled" in India. Most pure-Urdu words are existing Arabic/Persian/Turkic words, including the word "Shukriya" which is an Arabic word.
@@yerajoker3524Urdu is very much an Indian language. And no, most of the words in Urdu are not loan words from Arabic/Persian/Turkish. Most of the words are from a language colloquially called Hindustani. Loan words make up barely 20-25% of Urdu vocabulary, rest all of the words are from Hindustani (Hindi and Urdu both originate from Hindustani). Shukriya is an Urdu word, not arabic. The arabic equivalent will be “shukran”.
@@hemantsahuraj You used two Urdu words in your comment, "Nawab" and "Urdu". "Nawab" is borrowed from Persian, "Urdu" is borrowed from Turkic languages. "Pure" Urdu is a hodge podge of Persian-Arabic-Turkic languages. Hence what I said, Urdu didn't originate in India, it is merely assembled in India.
@@yerajoker3524 By that logic English is not from UK beacuse it has loan words from Germanic, latin and other european languages. Urdu is an Indian language, taking some words from other languages dosn't make it foreign language. Urdu 75-80 % vocabulary is similar to Hindi. This both languages are successor of Hinduatani language.
Shukriya comes from root word Shukran, Arabic origin, meaning Thank you. Dhanyavad comes from root word Dhanya (gratefulness) + vaad (talk, exchange), origin Sanskrit, also meaning Thank you, or I am grateful to you - to be precise. Glad you enjoyed Delhi.

some suggestions for you : Delhi Aerocity does not have tuktuks but they can drop of at the outer boundary areas of aerocity. visit areas in south Delhi extension where most of the elite areas are located. try to eat plain tawa roti with simple curries and salads. only drink fresh juices. Dont travel during office hours because traffic can be an issue during those hours. old Delhi or Chandni chowk area has many local authentic shops for cloths or business related items. since your in Aerocity, try to visit roseate hotel which has a great art inside. Try to communicate with locals in main areas to get getter advice and places. Great video and we need more of such videos to break the stereotype. Thank you.

This video gave me a great shock. As a Chinese, many of my impressions of India came from the BBC documentary "Welcome to India" many years ago. Without this video, I might not have known that there are such modern places in India.

So different from my experience back in 2006 in Delhi. India has progressed so much!
Ofc because India is a developing nation it changes every day
You must have visited Old Delhi.
There's a world of difference between old Delhi and New Delhi.
Visit again in 2032 and have your mind blown🎉
India is moving towards Capitalism. Within the next 10 years or so things would change rapidly. If everything goes perfectly Mumbai could become the future New York or maybe close to it. True the poor would slowly get crushed under this massive development push and crimes too would go up as people fight for survival but again that's the only way this country could make any real progress.

Here are some nice organized areas in Delhi. (only sharing the ones I visited)
1. Connaught Place
2. Cyber city Gurgaon (cuberhub)
3. Greater Noida
4. South Extention 2
5. Model town
Gurgaon and Noida are generally very developed, I'm sure I'm missing many places hopefully someone will add them.

Why does everyone want to stay unorganised and chaotic, and when a place becomes developed and good, you discredit them.

Hi Ken I live in Malaysia for over 6 years but I can tell you for sure- Indian food is awesome. You cannot get anything close to it in Malaysia! You should try masala dosa in Sagar Ratna in Defence colony, Chole Bhature in Haldirams (anywhere close to you) they are all over. You should try dal makhni with chicken biryani (pour your dal over chicken biryani- tastes like heaven!!!) in Sagars (not Sagar Ratna) in Defence colony. Sagar Ratna is vegetarian restaurant and Sagar is non-vegetarian restaurant in Defence colony New Delhi

धन्यवाद (Dhanyavaad) is a hindi word, native language of India, and shukriya is a urdu word which developed in india a mixture of hindi and arabic
Explore States like himachal, Uttarakhand, entire north east, Union territories jammu and kashmir, ladakh, Andaman and Nicobar islands... avoid visiting States where temperature are high at this time, like rajasthan, rajasthan is definitely very beautiful but it's not worth visiting in summer.

Thank you dear, You shaw reality of India
Dhanyawad is Hindi word and shukriya is Urdu word and meaning is same like thank you .. Both languages originated in India 😊🇮🇳❤
@@yerajoker3524 Urdu originated from City of Nawab called Lucknow in uttar Pradesh State of India
Welcome to India bud. Have a great journey. 🙏💐
Shows the rich culture of India.
Love from India,
You can say shukriya and dhanyvad both for thanks .

some suggestions for you : Delhi Aerocity does not have tuktuks but they can drop of at the outer boundary areas of aerocity. visit areas in south Delhi extension where most of the elite areas are located. try to eat plain tawa roti with simple curries and salads. only drink fresh juices. Visit the select city mall in Saket area. visit malls in Gurugram. night life in Saket area or in most of the south Delhi extension suburbs. west Delhi is mostly punjabi population which rich food and local shoppings but can be chaotic. Thank you.
