I believe India has a great future. It could become nr. 1 if they want to. I live in Switzerland.
We have our own issues in Switzerland. And other nations have issues too. India should focus on making Indian a safe place for women, it should focus on getting rid of the classes system. It should focus on infrastructure.

Indians like to be late and they hate line ups. They are strong in education. India loves foods and its festivals and its rich culture and dharmic life. There are some that want to be like westerners but they are few. Indians know all there neighbours and everyone on the same street. Indians are very social and love to have fun. Indians also love gold especially the women in India, this is why we associate women to the goddess Laxmi. It’s based on deep old philosophy and culture. It’s pretty cool. I am an Indian since age 11 I have been living in the west but I love my Indian mother land and culture and philosophy. It is a gem. I get the best of both

But one thing in India's advantage is they kind of know the personality traits of Americans due to work related assignments and education. And for an average american coming to India for travel or in professional capacity, just be respectful and humble. Even if you don't speak the local dialect the place people will always make sure to help you irrespective of how good their english communication is. And please don't constantly compare . It's unique and be ready to explore with an open mind. Since transportation through air, railway and roads are well connected accross the country and affordable hotels are everywhere taking online booking, there shouldn't be any issues as such. Also, read this to know about our past and achievements. It includes modern India as well.
      Ancient India's Achievments:
      1. Ancient universities such as nalanda, takshashila, vikramshila, and much more over thousands of years ago.
2.Indians had concepts of calculus before west like Leibniz formula for pi (Leibniz just happened tochave re-invent it centuries later), power series for sine and cosine, inverse tangent series, and much more.
      3. Aryabhatta invented sine function.
      4. Bhaskara II gave modern definitions of sine and cosine.
      5. Sushruta was one of the pioneers in surgery over 2000 years ago. Surgery was invented in Egypt first, but we pioneered it really well.
      6. Maharishi Kanad, a philosopher, proposed the idea of atoms in 600 BCE. Just like how Greeks also did the same independently.
      7. Brahmagupta invented the formula to determine the area of cyclic quadrilaterals.
      8. Decimal System (debatable).
      9. Binary number system by pingala debatable).
      10. Ayurveda.
      11. Bhaskara I stated that at the highest point, the rate of change is zero.
      12. Varahamihira predicted water on Mars thousands of years ago.
      13. Sridharacharya invented the modern-day quadratic formula.
      14. Different solutions to quadratics.
      Modern India's Achievements:
      1. Har Gobind Khorana synthesized the first artificial gene and demonstrated the role of nucleotides in protein synthesis. He also played a massive role in cracking the genetic code.
      2. Artificial synthesis of coenzyme A by Har Gobind Khorana
      3. Chandryaan 3 landing on the south pole of moon.
      4. Mars Mission.
      5. Sun Mission (Aditya - L1).
      6. Fiber optics by Narinder Singh Kapany.
      7. Jagdish Chandra Bose was one of the pioneers in wireless communication before Marconi and transmitted signals before him.
      8. Discovery of millimeter waves by Jagdish Chandra Bose.
      9. Discovery of cholera toxin by Dr. Sambhu Nath De.
      10. USB by Ajay Bhatt.
      11.Pentium Chips by Vinod Dham.
      12. S.N. Bose made contributions to quantum mechanics like Bose-Einstein condensate and laid the foundations for Higgs Boson.
13.Quantum Statistics by S.N. Bose. Also, Boson particles are named after him.
      14. Discovery of triple helical structure of collagen.
      15. Ramachandran plot, which is a tool used to visualize which angles can amino acids take in proteins.
      16. Venki Ramakrishnan discovered the high resolution atomic structure of ribosomes.
      17. First DNA based Covid Vaccine.
      18. Cervical Cerclage was first described by Sirodkhar.
      19. Crescograph.
      20. George Sudarshan was one of the pioneers in quantum optics. (Watch and learn more about him).
      21. Quantum Zeno effect
      22. Raman effect in spectroscopy.
There are many more indian greats you should learn about. Examples: Srinivasa Ramanujan, Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar, C.V. Raman and Raj Reddy (one of the pioneers in AI along with McCarthy).
Many of these were wrongfully attributed to foreigners or they teach you about this stuff, but never tell Indian origins. Bloodsucking leeches and their time is up .😂😂😂😂😂, b*stard Westerners. Anglo-Saxons ruined our image badly and have been torturing and harassing South Asian people for 4 centuries.

People used to look up to India in the ancient times. Foreigners used to study in Nalanda university. I remember ancient Chinese called India “civilized” and “center of knowledge”. Scientists and mathematicians of the islamic golden age admired our work. Greeks and Romans also used to look up to us. Good old times. Anglo-Saxons and other Westerners are the reason that South Asians face discrimination worldwide. They ruined our image by portraying us as animal f*ckers, street sh*tters, unhygienic (India needs to work on hygiene, I admit, but man often it is over exaggerated), savages, r*pists, etc. West butchered our reputation. We think South Asians face discrimination because of skin color, but that is not the case. When you are brown, people think you are from South Asia, and South Asia has a bad image. Many Italians and Middle Easterners have light brown to medium olive or brown skin. But, they don't face discrimination. It's all about image.

India is a country that has many different sub cultures which has formed and developed over the last 5000 years at least. Each subculture has its own customs and practices which varies vastly from another. Someone who lives in Punjab has a totally different lifestyle and culture from a person who lives in Tamil Nadu. The diversity is quite amazing! Just like someone living in Estonia has a different culture from a person living in France. But the beauty is that they have learnt to live together in harmony and cohesion in the same country. And I agree that family is paramount to every Indian. There’s so much to discover in this rich culture which is a diverse tapestry so belt up and enjoy the ride. God bless India. 🌺😍

Mumbai and Delhi do not define India. As somebody said, India is a collection of countries with diverse cultures, traditions, religions, food and many more. There is a night and day difference between the Northern part of India and the Southern India. Many foreigners end up in Delhi and Mumbai and assume this is the way of life for all Indians. That is completely wrong. I would recommend travelling from West to East of India and Noth to South of India and realise how crazily different the country is and then let the world know through such videos how differnet India as a place is. India is tough to understand for foreign nationals and India is definitely not for beginners. Even if you were to live in India for 20 years and are stuck in Mumbai and Delhi, it is high time to explore other states and cultures, especially the south (non-metros) and know there are silent and slow ways to live as well.

    • @RKB192000
      @RKB192000 6 місяців тому +1

Indeed Delhi and Mumbai do not define the essence of the entire country. Nor does the definition of that *"somebody."* That definition is dangerous to say the least. It is important to emphasize that there is a common thread, but the flowers across the thread are different. That is what lends variety and colour, unlike the homogeneity of western countries.
Even at the time of independence, the then powers expected India to break into many different parts. And they were waiting like vultures for that to happen. External agencies had eyes to influence those pieces when that happened. Some of them actively intervened with the help of covert activities and to subvert the unity with vested propaganda.

They certainly dont want to understand that their culture or their democracy or their way of life is much much different than ours. They judge indians with their biased lens that suits them. Specially US influence. US dont want to listen our perspective. Many org , Many media is controlled by them, We now a days know everything how US monopolies world. We are a diff democracy, The largest in the world. We certainly have different values and ethics. Dont know why US want to pressure us , We dont want to carry our things just like you want to do in your country. US deep state should know this.
We have no problem with any country in the world except the chinese govt officials for some reasons. But they way US and his allies are behaving with india , will not be good for the overall good for the world. We want to grow with the system of our own. US and its allies should respect that being fellow democracy.

Point of Family, spot on, yes .. Indians are very open about Family.. that is one of the ways we immediately understand of what subjects of conversation would be appropriate with the said person...
Most times 2 Indians meet it's like two families discover each other.. most often those families will meet each other or speak on phone.. that's one section of Indian social fabric which wants to be entangled rather than be unique.. this is the result of colonial rule ending.. we have made it almost impossible for anyone to now divide or categorise us.

Which is good, because it's good to get a different perspective about you from others. Many, if not all, Indians are curious people. They want to know about others and about themselves from others. Also, you need to know that India is now the most populated country, so the chances of finding Indians on popular youtube content will be high, whether it's about India or not.
