Thank you both for taking time to share your knowledge with us. One of my daughters has a high mile Ford Edge AWD and your videos have been a great help. I’ve saved $ hundreds so far. Engine mounts are next on the list....or maybe a stick of dynamite. Dave Heitman in Omaha
TIP: Use a C-clamp on the lower hose on the reservoir to isolate the tank. And place a long hose (same size) on the bottom hose to below the car to a bucket. That way you don't have to remove the fwd lower cowling in back of the bumper.
Thanks for help with the motor mount. The only thing I did different was siphoning antifreeze out of the coolant bottle. Stuck a plastic hose into the reservoir and down into the big hose at the bottom. Siphoned from there and didn't have to open the cock at the bottom of the radiator.

Great job, thanks for sharing the information. I have a 2010 Taurus that look very similar under the hood and this was the closest I have found.
Hey hi I also have a 2010 Ford taurus, did you managed to change the motor mounts?.
@@joseluis8512 Not yet, I'm being real lazy!

Hosed you know not was bad? A lot of play? Do they have some play in them them with rubber?
Do you have a video how to fix rdu vibration howel at low speeds ...ie replacing bearing on the ring gear.
How do you know if your engine is with or w/o the engine cooler?
Never said what year's edge has this style of a motor mount. thanks
Looks to be 2007-2014 at least. Same as Lincoln MKX of the same years
5.5mm

Does this Repair require the wearing of a fake Rolex or is it optional..?
Lol Rolex and coke nail optional
It requires stupidity: wearing a mechanic uniform + wrist watch
