I miss my ex. I know people in relationships always see their partner as their best friend, but she was really special to me. It has been around half a year since we actually broke up. I left all of the group chats and servers that she was in. I know that she asks about me and misses me, but I can't talk to her again because I know I'll come in expecting to get back together. I don't want to come in with that, especially since she was the one who wanted to break up and showed no intention of wanting to fix things. I've learned to stop "missing" people. No matter how long I've known them or how often we communicate, I know one day that's all gonna inevitably dwindle and end, and they'll be out of my life again (for whatever reason - they leave, I leave, we drift apart, etc)... I just stopped letting myself (learned not to) get attached to people anymore. No matter who it is, no matter how much I might like them or get along with them... and I try to avoid/minimize doing that, too (liking people).

Okay, my 1st love at 13. I had to move away from him and he moved away also. I am 49 now and he is 50. We have met up once but talk on the phone for hours at a time. It is so weird. Hey, I understand your fear but there's only one life. I would give half the life that remain to me, if I could hear again my first love. Even just to know if she is safe. I was sure she couldn't feel anything for me, but 3 years ago she told me I was her first and most important love. She doesn't know I love her from more then 30 years. I was sure to have time, we had to meet... the day after she disappeared. Seem no one know what did happen to her. If you still love him, don't undervalueate how the fate can be a big b.....d. I miss my friend so much, it’s going to hurt. He’s heading to a selective school this year and he has really good grades. The test is next month, and I don’t know what to think. If he moves schools, everything will change. I’m not ready for the changes that may come. We even discussed if he weren’t not to make it in, we both would try together in visual arts, to get into a good selective school in 11th grade. Even though each day I would meet him, he’s still so far away from me, and I would just burst crying when I think about our future as friends.

I miss my ex. I know people in relationships always see their partner as their best friend, but she was really special to me. It has been around half a year since we actually broke up. I left all of the group chats and servers that she was in. I know that she asks about me and misses me, but I can't talk to her again because I know I'll come in expecting to get back together. I don't want to come in with that, especially since she was the one who wanted to break up and showed no intention of wanting to fix things. It's really hard, I still think about her almost every day.

I've learned to stop "missing" people.
No matter how long I've known them or how often we communicate, I know one day that's all gonna inevitably dwindle and end, and they'll be out of my life again (for whatever reason - they leave, I leave, we drift apart, etc)...
I just stopped letting myself (learned not to) get attached to people anymore. No matter who it is, no matter how much I might like them or get along with them... and I try to avoid/minimize doing that, too (liking people).

We had the same reading class that year. She liked me as a friend but I had a feeling in my gut she liked me more than a friend. She never told me. I have that same feeling today. Okay, my 1st love at 13. I had to move away from him and he moved away also. I am 49 now and he is 50. We have met up once but talk on the phone for hours at a time. It is so weird. I feel like this all the time in my long distance relationship me knowing that we probably won't ever make eye contact until we're both in our near twenties, it's just so hard to cope with the fact that we love each other so much but we're so far away and none of us can do anything about it.

I miss my friend so much, it’s going to hurt. He’s heading to a selective school this year and he has really good grades. The test is next month, and I don’t know what to think. If he moves schools, everything will change. I’m not ready for the changes that may come. We even discussed if he weren’t not to make it in, we both would try together in visual arts, to get into a good selective school in 11th grade. Even though each day I would meet him, he’s still so far away from me, and I would just burst crying when I think about our future as friends.
