They need to put in a New Bridge to reconnect it to the National Rail System. Specially for Military Defense purposes! Once that is done, some shippers can be recovered and maybe MBTA from Fall River into Newport, RI and that tourist train can go across the bridge too.
Oh wow Nice job Showcasing this wonderful line to future online Transloads Facilities Customers and a neat light rail line..what a great transportation line flagstops stepping outside from your house and hop on ...kinda like "*San Francisco CABLE CARS"**!$

This is just an isolated tourist line.
I'm happy they didn't do away with the jointed rail.
I was wondering if this is going to be just seasonal passenger. Or they are going to have freight too to Newport Harbor?
Just tourist trains
i don't know why they didn't leave a run around track ???
At the time they did but it needed some adjustments to work. It doesn't matter now as everything is being reworked again.
@@SouthCoastRailVideos And not to mention installing the brand new switch only to be ripped out a year or two later
@@markkerr7866 That was the south end run around switch. It will be reused.
They gonna rebuild the other rail n have 2 rails running?
That’s the plan
