This was a most enjoyable video. I loved the interchange of scenery; from very old to very modern and the way the track moved right through a very old, very virtual scenic trail. And the fact that the rails were literally on the edge of the ocean in some places! Anyway, I'll watch it again someday.
Is the power off to the bungalows at The crossings or are the tracks just rusted and need to be sanded so that it will make contact and activate the bells and lights or are there problems with the electronics making it not work ? If it's that the electric was removed that would seem to be something to get hooked back up and meters installed so the crossings will work
Without a bridge, you're on an isolated dead piece of track. So, no freight potential (or commuter) and small seasonal tourist operation. Wasting your time and effort, start a nonprofit fund for the bridge, that's the priority.

That’s a line with some potential with scenery like that.
Really interesting to see all the work being done... Have a good season 🙂👍
What purpose does that track serve? I respect that you're volunteering but what is the goal here, sightseeing from that train?
It’s a tourist line for rail bikes and a scenic/dinner train

Are all the signals not working ? What can be done to fix them.
They’re turned off
ANY PLANS FOR TIE RPLACEMENT
Good question.
It looks like they are using pretty light equipment, but alot of those ties looks pretty sketchy.
i think you need railroad ties more than anything
