How do you account for annual planning? I love this template and want to incorporate annual goals into quarterly and monthly goals, into weekly and daily tasks.
Would be amazing if the project/bucket relationship assigned to a task was sticky like the state, urgency, importance tags currently are... meaning that if you create "project A" inside your "job" bucket, whenever you create a task that belongs to project A, the bucket column gets filled automatically since you already assigned the relationship between the project and the bucket! Not sure how difficult it would be for us to fix this - a video showing how to do it would be amazing! :)
Amazing template, thanks for putting it together! If I have several Gmail calendars in Notion Calendar, is there an easy way to (automatically) create tasks from the meetings in these calendars in Headquarters? I mainly want them added for time tracking so that my tasks and meetings are counted together.
Hi ! Super template, i found thé routine option a little bit complicated. I would like to set up for exemple « meeting » every monday morning for the rest of the year, like WE do for example in Outlook. What would you suggest me to do that ?
Love it, just wondering your advice on where to start? as new user with barely no system in plcae, should i me editing life buckets and then create related projects?
I'm keeping my eye on this and might pull the trigger evenutally...I am using your School Template that was free and am liking it a lot. Could this template be used for school, maybe as a life bucket? I've liked having each of my classes set up seperate from each other. I'm also a Notion beginner so am not sure how I could edit this Second Brain template for my needs, ya know? I am a humble beginner and really want all my of notes to be in one place!
Hey :) Glad you're liking my free template! Yes so each Class would be a seperate Project in Headquarters. I also have a Timetable page built into Headquarters :D
@@ProductiveSetups Would love to see a set- up video for the Headquarter template for school - this comment makes it seem like I should use the projects area and not the Study life bucket. Also I have other templates that I enjoy but would like to connect into HQ to reduce context switching, and tips or tricks for that?
Please help me!! How if I have a task that is at say 10am- 12am today in the calendar, how do I then make it so say for the same task I want to have it that I also have that same task at 3:30pm - 5:30pm ?? It's not a recurring task more of a task that's not finished and I need more time on.
Hey :) So if there's a break then you'll need to make that 2 seperate tasks (that's how Notion works). You could simply write "part 2" or "continued" or something like that :) hope that helps
@@ProductiveSetups Thanks for clarifying, sorry one more question is I have hit the repeat function and entered my monthly and weekly reviews on calendar but why are they not coming up as recurring? Also with habits is there another way to automate the process other than having to add them from the routine button every week, it feels like so much work and so draining to set this up I just really want to have it easy to setup recurring tasks.

Hi, I might be interested in acquiring this template - is this template optimised for 'free' Notion users as well? How would a 'free' Notion subscription bottleneck the user experience for this template ?
@@ProductiveSetups Hi, thank you :) if you don't mind - as I'm quite new to Notion, would you mind briefly explaining how the 5MB upload limit works ? Is that per 'page' ? Because, from my perspective, I see that from a 'free' sub POV, that would be my only bottleneck.

100% agreed!! I just purchased, and now after adding a few tasks, I can see how powerful this will be!!

Hey :) I recommend starting with Life Buckets, then adding projects relating to the Life Buckets and then adding tasks that fit into those projects :D
Awsome template. How can I make the weekly journal recurrent like the other habits?
just click on the 3 dots next to the Weekly Journal in the database and have it "Repeat" :)
@@ProductiveSetups Oh that simple 😅
time table its like ideal week
Can you please suggest where I would store my fortnightly PDF pay slips that I get from my day job?
there is template option.. in projects, can we create predefined tasks in the project template ?

@@ProductiveSetups I’m excited to watch this new video! Out of all the Second Brain templates I’ve seen, yours is definitely one of the best

If you update the Headquarters template down the line, does those who purchase it get that update for free/a discount?
if there's ever an update (not planned anything though), but yes everyone who has purchased it will get the update sent to them for free :)

hey :D It's actually been designed to work for free users. No feature requires a paid account :)
