I did the same seat mod to mine. Even with the lumber adjusted all the way loose, it still was digging into my back. I undid the same cable and it relaxed the seat foam so now I seat into the seat more comforably instead of the seat pressing against my back. I also left the Clazzio seat covers unzipped so that the seatback mods to my back better.
Check out page 13 of the user manual. You can draw circles on the screen to adjust volumn as if it has a knob .

Get you a matte screen protector. Might help with the glare..

Can you switch on the radio when ignition is switched off; like when I park and still want to listen to the radio without the keys ?
Yes, but one condition don't open the driver side door after switching taking out the key. The second you do that radio shuts off.
