I don't have depth colors or palete options on my new helix 9. Is this the stock map or Lake Master?

Is the instrument panel curved on your dash ? If so how'd you mount the Helix over it ? Just curious...I'd like to add a second Helix in the same spot. Thanks
Yes, it is. I don't own that boat anymore, but if you watch some of my other videos, you'll eventually see how I have the mount set up. It takes a long time to get them adjusted just right, but the RAM mounts lock down nice and tight. Basically I bought a double-ball end extension, and then used the short arm from my bow (I replaced that one with a long one), and then mounted the gimbal on the end of it. Like the video I have a Humminbird Helix Gen 2 d i and I also have a Humminbird Helix gen 3 SI how can I mount boat transducer for me to have both depth finders on how can I mount the transducer without them interfering are can both units tie in the one transducer thanks if you understand what I'm trying to talk about
I'm not entirely sure what you're asking.. If you want to mount both transducers, you're most likely going to have interference. If you want to share the data across the network, there will be data you're unable to share because they are different generations. I'd recommending selling the G2 and buying a gently used G3 and networking them.
Just purchased a Helix 7 Mega Mega Di G3 for bow mount and a Helix 8 Mega Di G4 for console mount. I followed your video, however it seems my units have slightly different menus. I check Humminbirds website and I have the most recent software update on both units as well as the most recent base maps. When I try to highlight shallow water like your video for 5 ft my units do not color that depth red. So what the heck am I doing wrong?
Do you have autochart maps? I think that feature requires autochart, or the maps you make yourself. I don't know that it is supported with navionics.
U need Lakemaster card for that
