I do pepper and salt rub then straight onto the fire, then baste in franks redhot buffalo wings sauce and constant flip so all sides are crispy. Gotta keep let it char a little first then let the old smokey do its thing and close the lid for a bit. When you did all that and theyre how you like them then go in and throw in some franks EXTRA redhot sauce, two different sauces. When i say you’ll need to plan your funeral ahead of time these things will knock your soul out from your feet. But if you want non spicy, pepper + salt + garlic rub. While it’s finishing its cooking process from previous steps sprinkle Parmesan on it and it’ll be out of this world.
