Great job, next to a ribeye, Cornish hens are my 2nd favorite thing to grill, depending on size I like to use a brick or steak weight, even without on a little charcoal grill on the beach, damn I have to get some lol.

Hey buddy Try rubbing lemons and then rub Olive oil on ithen put your seasoning let it sit in the refrigerator at least 2 to 3 hours covered before cooking. Looks good you made me Hungry
Spatchcock is the best way to do poultry, but I hate doing it myself...I always get the butcher to do it...lol. Great video, buddy! This would’ve been a great time to do a comparison video between one on the RT-340 and the Weber. Keep up the great work, buddy!

How long do you cook them afer you turn them? What is total cook time at 250 degrees?
Probably went like 1hr 45min to 2 but I didnt mention I cranked it up to 325 after the turn to get the skin crispy, thanks for watching
