Easy Lemon Pepper Wings | RT-340 | HauseBBQ |
I did Lemon Pepper Wings on the Rec Tec for this cook, and they came out delicious. I ran the RT-340 at 400 degrees for about a hr and a half and it came out with the skin nice and crispy and still juicy inside. Check out the video and give me tips and suggestions for my next video. Had audio problems with this one but I'm still learning new things every cook and should get better.

Переглядів 1,5 тис.4 роки тому
For this cook decided to do a whole spare rib one my Weber Kettle Grill. Its July and its National Grilling Month so I had to use one of my favorite grills. Check out how I did and comment what you would do different, also what's your favorite rib to BBQ. ...

We did a Seafood Boil for our first time with this cook. We sorta freestyled all the ingredients but i think it came out pretty good for having no recipe and never doing it before. Learned a lot from this cook so next one should be even better. I did voice over with my bluetooth so its a little static...but it works. Pork Shoulder On The Rec Tec 340 | Smoked Whole Shoulder | Hause BBQ
Переглядів 8 тис.4 роки тому
I smoked a whole pork shoulder on the rt 340, I used that smoker because the ease it gives for me to control temps and maintain my set point for a long period of time remotely. The pork took in good smoke and tasted delicious. I recommend Rec Tec for anyone looking to make they're smoking experience easier, and allow you to do other things while waiting for meat with long cooks like this should...

How To Smoke Spare Ribs On The RT-340 | Hause BBQ
Переглядів 7 тис.4 роки тому
Today i smoked spare ribs on my new Rec Tec 340 for the first time. I had to buy these ribs pre seasoned due to all the shopping people are doing for covid-19. I usually like to make my on rubs and pretty much trim and prep my ribs myself, but these are the only ribs I could find. The RT-340 makes smoking anything much easier, it holds the temp you need and you can also watch from inside on you...

You never said want temp
You hooked that bro
Great job, next to a ribeye, Cornish hens are my 2nd favorite thing to grill, depending on size I like to use a brick or steak weight, even without on a little charcoal grill on the beach, damn I have to get some lol.
Great video!
Great job! Perfect!
Using my old Weber Kettle to cook a couple hens today, thanks!

Good looking birds there!
Hey buddy Try rubbing lemons and then rub Olive oil on ithen put your seasoning let it sit in the refrigerator at least 2 to 3 hours covered before cooking. Looks good you made me Hungry
Great video and great looking hens ! Good job
Anyone know name of backing track
I fuck with this!
My 340 so dirtyyyyy from the 17 pound brisket from 130am to noon, served at 6pm
You trimmed too much off. I have a 17# edge to edge on the rt340 right now. I hope it’s not that dry. I think maybe you finished it too fast. No need to crank it up at the end. How have your other ones turned out after this one? What would you do differently besides butcher paper?
Music? What's name of song
Looks amazing! Well done.
Those came out so perfect yum
Thanks My Man. Gonna give this a whirl.
He makes it look so Easy!
Ty our technique looks simple and the hens look delicious. TY for the tutorial.
Hope all is well with you....Damn good informational video. Going to do this tomorrow. I did a search on this and glad I found your video first. Thank you..and good job my friend.

Looks delicious! 👍🏽
Love what you do man keep the video's coming!
Thank you! I'm trying to surprise my family with some grilled hens while everyone is away but I've never actually grilled before. This was a great tutorial for a beginner.
Nice Video. I notice the hens were never on the direct heat !
why does the backbone need to be cut out
Need to know also
Increases the exposed surface area of the chicken, allowing for more even cooking.
First time is always fun you did a great job you might want to look at a vortex it's a chicken cooking machine
keep it up bro. dope video
Good video! What pellets do you use?
I couldn't tell
You used a full chimney of coal
I'm drinking a high life too!
Looking great, Hause! I'm gonna try this out today.
They look amazing! So tender.
That’s a great looking piece of meat. Super job!
Grill Grates! They help keep the flames from going nuts and let you grill fatty foods perfectly. I'm grilling a couple thick bone-in chops tonight... this made me ready to get started! They look excellent, great job!
Thanks, and thanks for watching
