Which is why I don't understand this. On and on about saving it, why on earth, living nearby, doesn't she buy it, rehab it how she imagines, and flip it?
I would love to, but I don't even live in Ireland.
I really don't get it. It makes no sense, those homes are in high demand, she could make a lot of money, easily on this one especially with minimal effort, as she kept noting throughout.

Several of the biggest market experts have been voicing their opinions on exactly how awful they think the next downturn would be, and how far equities may have to go, as recession draws closer and inflation continues well above the Fed's objective. I'm trying to build a portfolio of at least $850k by the time I'm 60, therefore I need suggestions on what investments to make.

There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.

I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started my business. Now this one has potential. My mind is in overdrive over what could be done. Lots of money needed...again...but I can actually see this, with a verandah at the front, a tiny porch at the back, new wiring, plumbing, insulation, a kitchen and bathroom somewhere and a stunning garden. Excellent find.Good luck to whoever takes on this restoration.Just waiting for my farm to sell in Australia and I will be calling Ireland home. What a gem. That wee place deserves to be sympathetically renovated keeping the original features. It looks to be in sound condition. With that barn and outhouses as well its a bargain. If I was in the market for another place I would take to the road and head up to Mayo first thing in the morning and not come back till I had put in an offer. The biggest expense would be putting in a septic tank and maybe tiling the dairy roof but that could wait.

Oh Maggie I love it. It’s the exact layout of my nans home when she was a little girl growing up in Kiltimaugh. My dream is to move back to Ireland and bring back to life a little cottage such as this....come on universe, work your magic 😝😂

Just think of the history in this place. Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to get this place renovated, inside and out? €20,000-€30,000?
