I LOVE this home! And, I must mention…every time you say the words “electric” AND “shower”…I have anxiety. LOL! I’m in the USA… we have electric hot water heaters but they aren’t IN THE SHOWER with us. Could you explain your “electric showers” a little more? 👍🌹
Sorry to frighten you! An electric shower is an electric appliance at the shower that heats water and / or brings higher pressure to the flow of water. ie not dependent on centrally heated water. Not just as shocking as you thought!

I have showed on vaca this way, ya just get used to it. Remember they run on the larger electricity out put. Like our dryers, stoves, air conditioners..that’s what is frightening.
I kind of lot it is like heat on demand we have in US we just don’t see them. My office building has all the sinks done that way. Hot warm instantly.
Now I am beginning to understand why people from across the pond love living in the row homes in our village town in Pennsylvania. Feels like home to them.
Lovely house and the backyard is a gem. The stonework give the place wonderful character.
I have seen alot of realtors online and ,in my opinion , you are the best at showing the homes.

With terraced houses I always fast forward to check the garden out, [because the garden is so important to me] and boy, this one didn't disappoint.
Lovely fireplace, sweet little living area. As an American I’m not used to walking into a home that is so compartmentalized, but I like the kitchen, it’s very cheery with the sun/dining area, which makes not feel so removed from the social areas of the home.
As an Australian, neither am I.

@@LavelleProperty Well thank you so much for your response as well. I live in the US and have never heard of an electric shower. What does that involve- does that refer to an electric water pump and heater ? Is there a unit installed behind the wall ?
Electric shower... simply means that instead of heating a hot water tank 24/7 you push a switch on the wall outside the bathroom and it starts super heating your water as needed. Perfectly safe, utterly sensible. (WNY native who has spent lots of time in Ireland and Scotland.)

I would make use of the area under the stairs with a built in desk.

Electric showers are sealed units with cold water supply heated within the unit via an element to produce hot water. They are widely used throughout Ireland, UK and Europe for instance.
We take it for granted when we talk about electric showers simply because they are an everyday item for most in our part of the world (and they are safe of course!)

Please explain what a listed property is
Sandy it’s a property of architectural or historic interest - in this case both. The local councils try to retain and protect buildings that have significance by putting them on a list of protected structures ie they ‘list’ it. You then need to seek special permission to make any changes
I don't know why I just can't get into stained glass.
Is there a reason the bathroom was rushed with no view of the floors as was so with other rooms. Why the rush? Were there things the filmer did not want us to see. Disappointing.
