- In this video i show you how i came up with a fix for my annoying ABS/TRAC/AWD/ warning lights, what works for me may or may not work for you. This works for me as previous owner before me had the rear wheel bearings changed and whoever installed it did not line up the aluminum dust cover which houses the ABS Sensor. I have the same issues with my 2016 Lexus is200t. Replaced the rear brakes, clean the rear wheel sensors and the hole that it went in...the lights still came on intermittently.whatndid you do to fix it
got stuck in snow. tried reversing but it wouldnt reverse, back wheels wouldnt spin. when my cars all wheel drive. its possible my wheel caliber gears or whatever frozen up? cause i can reverse but my wheel stops midway like its caught on something... dont believe its my transmission but its possible it is?. need thoughts
Hi, my is350 is showing check awd system only. The only code i have is on 4wd which is C1298 lineaner solenoid. Have tried to clear the but not going, the vehicle is working perfect but the check awd still showing

Bro do you have a vid explaining how to setup this xdiag ? Also does it support customizing options like techstream? Disabling DRL, window options etc.
Unfortunately no I don’t have a setup vid, but yes it does perform all the commands In the vehicle such as drl, window reset, activating pumps etc.
@@TorontoEntz any tips on how I can get it or at least do research on getting it? I really need it to diagnose this VSC issue as well as disable my DRL any help is appreciated🙏🏽

I need a scanner like that then, trying to figure out why my ABS and VSC lights came on a few days after I replaced all of my bearings and won't go away.
Same problem did you figure it out I got it cleared it came back on 5 mins later
@@pierregradner622 no it's still plaguing me because even after I cleared the lights my traction control starts throwing random tantrums while driving, stuff like the brakes trying to come on when I'm trying to get going or I tapped the brakes at 40MPH and when I try to speed back up the car starts fighting my attempt to accelerate. Eventually the lights come back on. Since it's showing codes for both front sensors and both are new I doubt I received two defective bearings and am trying to figure out if the wire got damaged somehow in a way that's not visible from external inspection. Getting really urgent now as winter approaches and driving this car in the rain without ABS and VSC is not very fun.

a sensor that detects premature ignition in the chambers known as a "knock".

Probably broke or moved your speed sensor wich cause the awd and vsc to fail
I have a question I have a 2007 Lexus IS250 AWD the same one you have. my check engine light and my VSC light came on along with the traction control so when I looked it gave me a P0333 code which says it’s the knock sensor. Would you be able to tell me where exactly are the knock sensors are on this car. And are they easy to replace? I appreciate your help
How did you go? I got the same problem, I constantly have to disconnect the negative terminal on my battery every 3-4 days to remove the warning, but it comes back.
The knock sensor won’t throw on the vsc or trac light on, that’s a specific engine code, knock sensors are usually located under the intake manifold. There are 2 for each bank (left and right side). Takes about 1.5hrs to do remove and replace. Pretty straight forward to do. Just remove the intake manifold and it’s right there.
To scan your vsc and trac light you’ll need a more advanced scanner that can go into the abs module.
TorontoEntz The reason I ask is because every time the VSC light comes on it’s always accompanied with the check engine light and traction control
I see thats weird, might be a coincidence or glitch cause they shouldn’t communicate together, Either way I’d try to change the knock sensor first
Hey Ekis I have the exact same problem but I have a 2006 Lexus IS 350. Check engine light is on checks VSC light on and trac control is on as well. My car currently does NOT pass inspection bc of this I believe.. I’ve spent over 2000 unfortunately and the lights stayed on I’ve been giving up slowly but I don’t wanna just ride with them all the time it’s annoying. I have gotten the code P0420 which is the catalytic converters but I’ve also been told that my car in the state of Texas doesn’t need good cats to pass inspection so I’m just confused if any tips or leads in a certain direction would be great. So this is literally from the stupid little dust cover I've been battling this for like 6 months on my 07 250 when I changed both CV joints and both hubs so you're telling me it's just a little dust shield that will fix this
