- We had one day left in Florianópolis, Brazil and we still had so much to see! So what did we do? Well, we asked our taxi driver to give us a tour around the island, of course. In this vlog we found the incredible Joaquina sand dunes, Praia da Joaquina, Lagoa da Conceição viewpoint, Barra da Lagoa, Prainha da Barra and the most delish seafood restaurant. So so cool you got a taxi driver who not only knows his way around but also can dub as a tour guide! It sure makes things easier to explore a place from a local's perspective.
Spectacular scenery! It's great when you stumble across some gems in countries where most visitors generally don't visit. We all associate Brazil with Rio and Sao Paolo but these beaches and this part of the country are breathtaking.
