After 20 years of practicing Rhythm Changes, here’s a solo that I don’t hate… yet ;)
After 20yrs of not playing consistently, this did it for me! Thank you!
I can still hear the changes when it’s just you and the drummer!
Buy that rhythm section a beer!
Piano and bass dropping out for a few choruses = an underrated trick!
I mean, Trane did that a lot.
He’s so damn precise ! That’s crazy
Thank you!!
Fantastic! Thank you! As always, no holding back.
That articulation is KILLER! Whole thing is smokin’ hot, man! ❤
Simply amazing! I so you play with band, just incredible
Awesome. So strongly connected to the history of the music and still so up to date. You are such an amazing player, thanks for sharing your gift with us!
Gift? We hear the result of many years of hard work!
You new to me and the way you play you are a giant.Allthose changes .I enjoyed it.
Fantastic!!!
truly impressive man
Imagine having to solo after that
Wow!!! Insane!
Now *that* is serious blowing!
…please do a record of that live event - I would ultimately buy it…how great (like all of your music, and your band members)…
This guy is a sax god!
I can always follow the changes in Chad’s solo. So enjoyable.
🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for watching!!
I can't even think that fast!
Neither can I! Just a flow at this point :)
Hey guys I have a question… can someone tell me how chad articulates this so nice in this tempo?
I thought all you had to do to sound good on sax was wear a cool hat... after 35 years of playing, I finally realized that my hat wasn't cool... then, I hear this... not only was my hat not cool, it actually looks kind'a stupid now. Thanks Chad!😂
First!! Killing guys!!! 🔥
Thanks so much!!
lehtonen is a beast 😳
Yes he is!!
@@ChadLefkowitzBrowni know him in real life he is a teacher at my school
One of my favorite sax player... BUT... this is a bit too much for me. I can understand the amazing technicality of it, but I cannot fully let myself enjoy it. I may have a problem in bebop in general though :P
Holy f***!!!!!!!
Good lord .... !!
Dear Chad: please leave a few notes for the rest of us....lol!!! Amazing playing!!!
henceforth these will be called, "Chad LB Changes"
He ain't michael brecker, but he does a good enough job.
