I don't think it was meant to be acquired by grinding really. I think it is meant for a random non with cactus armor to get it by accident and throw away when clearing their inventory

Yeah you could literally play the game killing nothing but mooshroom cows 24/7 for the next 50 years and you still wouldn’t even have a REASONABLE chance for it to drop. Clearly it’s meant as a troll item and not to be seriously grinded for
